Very unfriendly staff
kiran28janon 15/08/2016 17:37Last moment n late night booking leads u to a disastrous situation. The manager was patient enough to hold our reservation n I must thank him for this. The room was decent enough for two members nt fr family. Room was clean bt the room attendant was horrible. Wen we requested to change the bed sheet he replied in such a rude manner as if we are staying free of cost. In service industry people should learn to be polite especially in our country where we are famous fr this.
Worst hotel ever stayed
315karanjon 17/08/2015 05:51These people denied to give room despite we have confirmation mail of agoda. We 2 family searches another hotels at 11pm. Owner hotel said agoda book reservation go to them for room . Never book online for this hotel. It's fraud by agoda and these type of hotels they don't have respect for what they promise.

patellon 24/03/2015 20:15I stayed at Nathdwara in this hotel bye sonw one reference ,hotels room are average,but hotels staff was very loyel I dropped up my 500 money on bed I checked out on 10 am then I returned to gujarat they called e and said sir I found 500 rs in bed come and get you're money .i like hotels fidility I recommend this hotel to everyone

POOR STAY
JAGDISHJAGDISHon 02/11/2014 05:54we stayed hotel on 31.10.14 while our visit of nathdwara. i booked hotel through cleartrip. the owner of hotel was on reception. i saw him a sms from cleartrip with all detail but he insist for printed voucher. i saw same from my gmail account on his computer. i told him one reference from ahmedabad than he told why you booked on line, we r booking by just a phone. if owner has allergy than why they r offering rooms to company. window ac was without remote and there was no knob to move function. he denied to change to room. after running AC, it was main switch was stipping. this was occuring after every 10 minutes. we request owner to convert room in to non ac and refund differance but he denied as we booked online. hotel has restaurant but better to say canteen in a small room. high prices but low quality. not recommended for stay.
