Short Tour to Bhimtal
Sandeep Kon 23/08/2017 05:42Location of the resort is very good with nicely maintained. The food and the room service is not up to the mark. But the location of the hotels makes it perfect. Cottage section of the hotel is beautiful and provides a wonderful view of the Bimtal Lake.
5 stars for location, rooms are ok though
Paridhi_Sharmaon 28/06/2017 09:30This resort is at amazing location right in front of the lake. Giving you awesome view of hills n lake from the corridors, balconies n even from rooms.
Tariff are OK, not so cheap not so high. Rooms are just where you can spend night only. Nothing to expect much from housekeeping. Even linen had not been changed.
On the other hand, food is unexpectedly delicious. We had our dinner and breakfast here and both were upto the mark.
I recommend this to those for whom hotel / resort is just a place to sleep.
Lovely Stay in Bhimtal
AmitRanjanJion 15/06/2017 05:11We are staying in cottage and I can say that it's neither so good nor so bad. Bathrooms are clean but jets used in commodes are not working.
You can enjoy lovely mornings and evenings here. Many places like bhimtal lake, temples, aquarium, dam etc. are around this place.
Do not book any cottage in Van Vilas
Bhuvanesh Son 11/06/2017 14:40All Cottages in Van Vilas Bhimtaal, are very very pathetic. You cant sleep in them. None of them have TV. Mostly none of them have Geyser. There are insects over your head and in bed. The food is so so bad , please eat outside. On the name of buffet he server Moong daal, Lauki , dry aalo and chapati. Kheer is desert is like boiled rice in milk mixed. The attitude of the owner is bad , he always says its the fault of Cleartrip and Makemytrip guys who have put wrong pictures on their website. We will never stay there.
Nice view of Lake
krishnachandrapanton 10/04/2017 15:16nice view of Lake from resort, backed with nice hills and in middle the fish aquarium. The karkotak hill is also seen from there, you will get sun in early morning and after 3-4 pm you will not get sunsine there as it is opposite side of hill. Night time it is very cold this side
