The perfect holiday accommodation!

Had the most amazing 2 weeks in Corfu. All helped by the lovely stay I had in the Mayflower Apartments. Fantastic location, very close to beach, shops and cafes. Spotlessly clean and cleaners always around to keep on top of bins and clean towels and bed sheets. Also, the hosts, Diana and Spiros, could not have been more helpful. Loads of information at Reception, a take away 'honesty' bar, and a lovely pool with plenty of sun beds if you want to just relax and not venture out. I could have happily stayed there for the whole year!! Very sad to leave and return to the UK. Thank you Diana and Spiros for a lovely stay.

Stayed here for 7 days at the start of July, as we were attending a wedding in Messonghi (a 20ish minute walk but do-able). I stayed in 1 appt with my bf, and my single traveler friend stayed in another on her own. Overall, a very clean, a well-loved and beautifully looked after property. Pool was clean and plenty of beds, also not 24 hour reception so honesty shop was great as well as request book. Room space was great (no 5) and had lots of places for clothes storage - loved the 'My Neighbor Totoro' bed cushions! And the kitchen was stocked with lots of 'kitchen bits', so making our own breakfasts and lunches was easy. And very nice to eat it on the balcony too! Be aware that the bathroom is a little compact, but as I've said in the review on booking.com, this seems to be the norm and was fine for us - it was clean and had room for all our toiletry bits :) Owners very helpful, especially when I needed a bit of help with change, and also the man who maintains the property (forgive me as I forget his name!) was super helpful too. Location is great, a short walk to Moraitika beach; and you're just tucked behind the main strip the the other direction (we enjoyed eating at Stravros the best). Shops in both directions either to the strip or the beach, very easy location. Very quiet and peaceful as well - you'll get a good nights sleep :) Thank you!

Top tip - Make sure you head down to the beach at least once to see the gorgeous sunrise!

Just back from 2 weeks at Mayflower again, just absolutely love staying there.
Everything is perfect. Diana and Spiros are perfect hosts, there if you need them and will do everything they can to help.
Pool is meticulously maintained by Spiros every day and is spotless and rooms are maintained to perfection by Olga and Angela.
The Mayflower is in a private and quiet location yet it's in very short easy walking distance to everywhere: Shops Supermarkets Bars Restaurants and the Beach are all on hand.
Already booked for next year no hesitation in recommending booking safely and securely direct with Diana and then booking flights separately.
No tour operators do package deals anymore like they use to (was Cosmos) as they don't fly there anymore......... their loss!!!

Just returned after two weeks at the Mayflower.

This place has everything one could wish for, the rooms are simple but spotlessly clean, everything works and the beds are comfortable, The grounds and pool are wonderful, Spiros takes a great deal of care in maintaining them every day.

I think that what makes this place special are the owners and staff, Diana and Spiros are great hosts, there when you need them for taxis, advice etc,(even a clinic visit for sunstroke for one of our party!) but otherwise just leave you to get on with it; their housekeeping ladies were lovely.

The lack of an official reception was no problem at all, and the honesty shop system worked perfectly. The location is spot on with the beach, the main strip in Moratika and even Messongi all within easy walking distance.

Also highly recommend The Mayflower if you want to be independent and free to try the myriad of eating and drinking venues around.

Beautiful tranquil apartments

Lovely spotlessly clean charming apartments and pool area. Owners and cleaner visiting regularly through the day. Short walk to main street with good restaurants and shops. Nice and peaceful area. Our only niggle, (and it is a small one), were the next door dogs barking off and on into the early hours most nights. We also drove past the entrance on the main street several times when arriving, the light blue sign was a little hard to spot from a car! Hope the little stray kitten found a home!
