Not a hotel
kuepperon 08/04/2017 01:05Even the bedding and towels have the imprint 'hostel' so don't be under any illusions, it's just a backpackers hostel. Breakfast is self service bread and jam, you have to wash your own plate, knife. No tea , no milk and only coffee is powdered with milk and sugar added. There's a fridge and microwave if you want to do your own from shop. Tap/shower combo for washing. Small room, thin walls. No lift, wardrobe, drawers but room has small TV. For young backpackers only imho probably adequate if that fits.

Maristelle Hon 03/11/2016 12:51The room is just the right size, not too small, not too big ,but it is clean. You get what you need like shampoo, body wash, toilet paper and towels. Although I find the towels quite small, they are just like hand towels. I'm not sure if those are the towels Koreans are used to using, but for me they are small. They serve light breakfast of toast with jam and butter, coffee or tea, orange juice and some fruits. The place is very accessible to almost all the places you want to go to like the myeongdong shopping streets, , nandaemum market, shinshigae store Lotte store, currency exchange outlets, restaurants and streets where you find all the street food you want and even convenience stores and coffee shops, which makes this hotel good. And the people manning the hotel are friendly, helpful and approachable. And for all of these I give then 4stars.
Not that bad
brunobmbon 30/08/2016 13:02I booked a single room with private bathroom. The quality of the place is sufficient if you have to spend only a couple of night in the center of Seoul without spending a lot of money.
On the other hand the staff could be more helpful. The towels were too small, so you'd better bring your own towel. The air conditioner wasn't working perfectly inside my room. There's no elevator, too bad if your room is on the 3rd floor and you have to carry heavy luggage.
Bad plan
Paeng Pon 10/05/2016 03:07We have booked for 3 nights which were 29th Apr to 2nd May but we had knew before our trip that we couldn't check in on 29th Apr. And our booking type is non-cancellation so we couldn't cancel our booking on 29th Apr. Then we told them that we would check in on 30th Apr but when we arrived there they told us there was no available room for us. So they moved us to another hostel where is not good.
The basic accomodation
Li Pink, Joyce Kon 28/07/2015 12:01For its price, there really shouldn't be much expectation. There's a bed, toilet/shower, and a small dining area downstairs. The location however is very good! Close to the shopping central of Myeong-dong and close to subway station as well. For the price, i would say Vestin is pretty good!
