Bryarley Gon 01/08/2017 05:51Friendly and helpful front desk staff! Gave us a complimentary room upgrade for our honeymoon which was so nice. Clean and simple rooms that are great value and a good size for European standards. The only reason they lost one star is because there was no a/c or fan so it got pretty hot even with the patio door open. Great location- you can walk everywhere. Would definitely recommend.
No Airconditioning
cadicion 18/07/2017 16:46Nice enough hotel clean roomy in nice condition and located near everything.But! Yhere is no air conditioning and a tiny fanis all that is provided. The room is advertised as having a kitchenette but you have to pay extra to use it. Breakfast is extortionately priced. A nice place spoilt by greed. I requested a non smoking hotel/room which was confirmed on my booking confirmatio when I got to the room the place smealt of cigarettes and there was an ash tray in the room.n
Hotel that left me with an ambivalent impression

Rooms are quite spacious, but in such an old design and floor halls that are quite run-down. The room is furbished with a kitchenette, which might be a nice feature, but I assume that most of the visitors stay max. 2 or 3 nights without the need of cooking. Design is quite old and urgently needs modernisation.
Hotel is located at a main road with constant traffic, for which sleeping with opened windows does not really work. Despite comments from the hotel direction on other evaluations in Tripadvisor, I did not have an aircon.
So, on one side I was happy about the centric location, on the other side I expected a bit more regarding design and comfort.
In my opinion, price is too high given the standard of this hotel - must be the Munich bonus as I did not find cheaper alternatives in this location.
If you really do not care about comfort and just need a place to crash, this hotel is fine. If you expect a bit more comfort, try others.
A very nice hotel near the main Munich train station
Torrs1on 17/07/2017 17:01A very nice hotel near the main Munich train station, buses & trams. The room was big & very comfortable. Unfortunately the coffee was undrinkable & not hot; Ice Tea was just Lipton's out of a bottle.
All that you need for a city break
Vivienne Won 08/07/2017 08:41This hotel is just eight minutes walk from the main station in Munich. Five minutes if you break the rules about crossing before the green man. The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. Extra pillows, places to eat, storing the bags before check-in were all dealt with easily and efficiently. The rooms have all that you need, and the fridge is a welcome extra for storing drinks and snacks. The water was hot and the shower was efficient. The decor in the corridors was a little shabby, but at £30 per person per night, this was really good value for money.
