DON'T GO IN THIS HOTEL
Ravi Mon 02/01/2017 02:57There is no any opinions on 31st Dec so I book this hotel 2 night with family for relex my trip is on end stage so but plz if you are is coming in kovalam plz don't stay in this hotel breakfast is very bad ac & TV remote control is not working bathroom is very bed in the room very bed smale swimming pool is not open room furniture is in bed condition

Floyd Aon 19/09/2016 11:08View Heights is located 2km from Kovalam beach. The rooms are just okay. The Stewarts are too generous with their breakfast options even though there was no buffet. We even carried a take away for our 2year old. Hotel could improve on the meal menu options. We were disappointed that the swimming pool was being renovated. Overall okay place.
Worst experience ever !!!

We had no electricity for 4 hours in the night and there was no one to attend to the issue at the reception. There was water logging in one of our rooms and a lizard dancing on the floor in another room. When I mentioned these issues in the morning, manager & hotel staff was very rude.
Really awful experience.
Pleasant Stay
MSP7764on 25/04/2016 12:03Really, the food provided were delicious with feeling of Home made food, Rooms with AC facility and specious make pleasant stay in Kovalam. Two nights stay with family was rememberable. There was intercom facility to call the staff and staff were very polite and helping nature. I want to stay in this hotel again.

The breakfast provided was delicious and homely, though it is buffet, the staff served us hot food right at our table. However there was some inconvenience caused due to the intercomm telephone, since the lines were not working!
