Terrible customer service
anfor2013on 12/06/2017 21:315 star building... thats where it stops. Awful customer service. Reception staff very unhelpful and just wants to havr easy way out. A la carte restaurants are a joke. Stay away( thats probably what they want). The guest relations manager think her name is cecille. Most in professional person I met
Very angry and agitated women. Doesnt loke people complaing. Started fighting with customers. Great looking hotel. Terrible customer service.
Great hotel,
avukaton 26/05/2017 23:18I will compare this hotel to Alan xafira and zen the inn senza hotel. I don't it is fair to compare to hotels in belek or Lara. It is much much better than zen the inn senza hotel. Beutifull hotel with a lot of food choices
Lovely hotel BUT
Emma con 15/11/2016 22:50We got back home on the 22nd October 2016 after spending a week at the hotel with my family (my partner myself 9 year old boy 16 year old girl)
The hotel looks amazing I can't say a bad word for the way it looks
It's a long transfer from the airport but it's worth it
The food could be better but there is abit of choice
Myself and my partner loved off soup and bread rolls as nothing appealed to us (fish chicken veg pasta etc)
The pools are amazing we loved them
There was always sunbeds for us all
The pool was freezing cold when we first got in it maybe that cause it was October when we went
The water park is just over the motorway bridge and wow wow wow my family loved it
The entertainment isn't for the brits really we only watched part of 1 show the first nite and left after 10 mins
We wanted to get out of the hotel for the day so got the bus into alanya it cost 18euros for 4 of us
And on the way back we got a taxi which cost 72tl
We also went out about 10 mins to the left of the hotel in a taxi that's only 10euro if you fancy a drink or something to eat take a trip to metins bars wow is all I can say the staff are amazing we went down with the only other English couple we came across at the hotel and went down to watch the footy it was a fantastic nite there definitely recommend
Really good for shopping and getting all ur bargains in that area
In the hotel
Most of the staff are lovely some went out of there way to help us ( the entertainment guy even said not many English people come to the hotel it's mainly Russian Germany very rude people on a whole) but the entertainment guy loved to speak English he was a laugh
But saying that some of the staff just couldn't be bothered as soon as they hear you speak English that would just point away and say no English
The room was the same as shown by the hotel website but we weren't really happy as we had all of us in 1 room so a double bed single bed n a couch not very good when u have a new parnter and my 9 n 16 year old children all in the same room we thought it would of had a separate room room divider to give us some space but no
I do agree somewhat with some of the other reviews that this hotel isn't really for the brits only due to the other holiday makers being so rude and giving you dirty looks all the time
In all the country's I've visited I've never come across such rude people and I hope never will again
All in all I wouldn't say it's a not 5☆ at all maybe 3 1/2☆
No one told us when food was available times etc if u wanted to eat in the other restaurant u need to book as soon as u get there cause it's booked up
Get ready for fun and games at meal times cause people are like a pack of wolf's to get the food and find a table
The drinks are really cheap local alcohol and gave us all a bad head we ended up buying a bottle of Jack Daniels from the shop and just drinking the Pepsi from the hotel
Lovely hotel
svit26on 12/11/2016 08:05The rooms look really great and new. They are cleaned every day. Infinite food, and even if you are hungry at midnight, you will find smth to chew. There is a little shop 200 meter from the hotel where you can buy unbelievably big and tasty strawberry for some coins. It sounded unreal for April, so almost all people from the hotel went there a few times per a day 😋
April is not the best time of the year to go there though, too boring. I reckon I would go there one more time but definitely in July or August.
Best Holiday
Lauren Fon 24/10/2016 17:35Four of us booked this hotel last minute and I'm so unbelievably glad that we did! ..Now suffering from severe holiday blues!!
The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the design and rooms are incredible!
I believe at the time there were only one or two other English groups staying at the hotel, but as I read in another review, why would you want to go somewhere full of English people, it was so refreshing to be around a multitude of different people from around the world.
I may be one of the fussiest eaters known to man, however the hotel provided a HUGE variety of food everyday which was fantastic.
We did pay for a 'Side Sea View Room' which was lovely (and we were on the top floor which was also a bonus!).
The staff are lovely and help you as much as they can... We also had a lovely housekeeping lady who very kindly turned our bed sheets into a different animal everyday!
The only downside was that a significant amount of people thought it was okay to put a pair of sunglasses or their hat on the table to reserve it, whilst everyone else has to wander around looking for one whilst your food goes cold :-(.
We did decide to go into Alanya several times during our holiday. Just a tip.... don't use taxi's to go into Alanya, if you catch the bus from the bottom of the bridge it will only cost around 4 lira (one-way)!
Would 100% go back and definitely recommend staying here!!
