Verry dissapointing
Zack Con 11/04/2017 22:06A room with numerous faults and discomfort starting with poor bathroom facilities which included an ant trail and sandpaper overused towels. Extra bed was hard as a rock, tv reception poor as ever, sockets and lighting fittings were missing or unattached or bulb less.
Breakfast included squashes instead of juices no yoghurt or cheeses or jams.
very nice butique Hotel with friendly vibe
Sanja Oon 14/03/2017 20:31Hotel vila Lily in Rovinj is very nice butique Hotel with friendly vibe. We return there for 3 years now. Breakfast is very rich...a part of it is different every morning and they bake their own bread....yummy :) they also have organic and homemade local foods and specialties. It is on very good location, 10 minutes from the center, 5 minutes from the beach and national park. We looooveee it there....the stuff is very kind and friendly.
We recomend it :) Sanja & Matjaž Brodnjak
The worst hotel during our cycling trip to Istria
SamNewtonon 26/10/2016 10:00We stayed for one night as part of a group on a cycling tour of Istria. This was the worst hotel we stayed in by far. The room was so small we could barely fit our luggage in. To enter the bathroom you had to squeeze around the door with your back to the shower cubicle. The toilet seat was broken, the shower was extremely small, with a soap container hanging by a nail on the wall. Towels were frayed and very old. Room was cluttered. You had to close the window to get into bed and the air conditioning wasn't working. I asked for a larger room but was told that they were all reserved. The breakfast in the morning was very disappointing. Bread was stale and mouldy, they ran out of muesli and charged the equivalent of £1.20 pence per orange if you wished to have freshly squeezed orange. Owner's attitude was very dismissive. This is not a 3 star hotel by any standards...
They try very hard!
JimW551on 14/10/2016 19:50Very quaint hotel. The staff tries very hard to please. The rooms are not large, but clean. The breakfast is nice and there are many small things like umbrellas to borrow which are nice touches. 4 blocks walk to town and 1/2 mile t Old Town.
Quaint, Affordable, Friendly Lodging in Rovinj
Elliott Fon 05/09/2016 23:07We found this charming little hotel at the last minute when we arrived a day early in Rovinj. The hotel owner was so accommodating and got us a comfortable room for 2 adults and 2 teens. Not a far walk from either the bus station or the old city, this great hotel provides a terrific base from which to explore the fascinating town and area of Rovinj. Would definitely stay here again.
