A nightmare

ITS IS A SCAM.
The pictures they post are not the real pictures.
The hotel uses another building 200m from the actual hotel.
OMG!! I never seen such a distressful place.
Dirty, shower was broken, water barely coming out, no air conditioning, no wifi, no tv( no that I care about the wifi in holiday, but it's in the description of the hotel) they lying.
We went to the reception to complain and they were 2 more couples asking to move room.
We ask them to move us to the actual hotel thinking that it could be better, but NOOO.They showed us some rooms in a kind of a basement, with no windows.
We asked the refound and to leave the place, they refused to give me the full amount but just half.
I'm actually shocked, this place is not worth 1 star and it's should be shout down.

JodiePalmon 18/07/2017 08:01Upon arriving at the hotel the outside is quite impressive, it is in the perfect location with views over the ocean.
Once i entered the lobby my hopes were dashed. It is totally dated, dirty and the staff are so unhelpful that they are bordering on outright rude.
When we checked into our room it was truly disgusting,despite having a large balcony with a beautiful view it still managed to be dark and dingy. The carpet looked like it was from 1962 and was so dirty you could barely see the pattern on it. The bed was uncomfortable and had heavy and smelly duvets and blankets.
There is no AC at all.. we were expecting maybe a ceiling fan at least but nope. We got a tiny little fan that was so small we had to balance it on a chair to get even a little air blowing towards the bed.
When we plugged it in it kept falling out of the socket (which itself was hanging out of the wall) so we had to push a chair against it to hold it in place.
The bathroom was also disgusting and actually looked more like a public toilet, the shower leaked and the toilet would continue to flush for 20 minutes at a time.
In the morning after barely sleeping through a boiling hot night (the electricity was off so we didnt even have the fan to help) we went down and braved breakfast which is included.
The operation was totally amateur every dish ran out constantly and i waited for eggs for around 30 minutes. When they came they were soggy and gross.
Honestly it was truly a terrible hotel.. i have travelled alot and i have never experienced anything quite so bad. The staff made you feel almost as if they were doing you a favour by letting you stay there rather than accomodating you.
The worst part is if the owner of the hotel had any sense they could make one of the most beautiful hotels in Hvar but clearly they do not care.
Dont stay here if you want to have a good holiday - this hotel need to be shut down and renovated throughout.
No AC and only one power outlet

Whole building needs a renovation badly and we only had one functioning power outlet which we needed for the table fan to run continously.
Breakfast was about avarage but nothing more.
If you want to sleep, don't stay here
James Hon 08/07/2017 12:55Just come back from here after staying for 8 days. It's located directly next to a small beach, which is great during the day, however at night drunks congregate there screaming and shouting until around 6am. This was EVERY SINGLE NIGHT! This was with the door closed which is very uncomfortable as there is no air conditioning. After going onto my balcony on one occasion during this noise I had the view of 2 French men rolling around naked in thew sea together. Another day was an English oik just standing at the end of the peer fully naked shouting at the top of his voice. Lovely. There is no hotel security or police stopping this so don't even bother complaining.
On the plus side, the breakfast was half decent and the views from the rooms were excellent and of course great location

David Non 30/08/2016 01:46To be fair, this hotels location is ridiculously amazing. You're about 5 metres from the beach and a 5 minute walk from the ferry wharf and main town centre if you can call it that. It is however a bit of a trek from Hula Hula bar but that won't stop you.
Now, if you're looking for something nice and cute, romantic or even clean and polished, don't bother.
The rooms here are standard and include very poor and basic bedding and amenities. The wifi doesn't work if you're in the 'wrong' building and there is no air conditioning.
Recommend if: you're not spending ANY time other than a quick kip in your bedroom and you're trying to save a bit of coin.
Don't recommend if: you have other options and are booking in advance. Much better and more reasonable options on offer.
