It's a party business. Guests are last priority.
Pabster Von 08/01/2017 12:48It's my second time here, and both times they were holding parties (wedding, birthdays) until late hours (2 am); so lots of noise: doors banging, guys yelling under my window, loud music... earplugs proved useless. I complained at reception, but the receptionist just listened to me with a patronizing smile and didn't do absolutely anything about it. Obviously the guests are their last priority: first is the party.
Then in the morning, before I was done with my breakfast (ok, it was 3 minutes past the hour, but yet), the waiter was asking me to get out. I couldn't believe it, for a hotel this "category".
So, a terrible experience. Which is a pity because, for the rest, the hotel is quite nice, good location, wel furnished, and rooms are really fine.
Impressive boutique hotel
hoosainnarkeron 29/11/2016 13:31I was impressed when walking into this boutique hotel. It is rather nice and close to the city centre. I had a single room with two single beds on the second floor. There was no lift, so it can be a bummer for some to cart their luggage up and down. The room itself was clean and neat, no fridge but spacious and with a large wardrobe. A big screen wall mounted TV and a nice desk which is more what I need to work on the laptop. The bathroom was good with towels being heated. Large shower with hot water coming out immediately. The drainage hole was a bit slow to empty the water, but that was not a problem.
I arrived late in the evening, and the kitchen was so kind as to prepare a vegetarian meal for me. Breakfast was really continental with a good spread to choose from.On Friday evening, a disco was held on the ground floor which went on till late. Whilst I could hear it from my room, it did not really disturb me.
As I was provided with transport, the limited parking did not affect me, but it can be a bummer for those travelling in from outside town. Wi-Fi is free and is accessible from anywhere on the premises.
5 star hotel
Jim_F_Chicagoon 25/05/2016 18:10This hotel is well appointed, grand, and very well maintained. The rooms were average size but not a spot of dirt anywhere. The bathroom had new modern fixtures and very clean as well. The buffet breakfast was great. The staff told us they make everything fresh daily. There was a wide variety of items and we tried to taste them all. We enjoyed a late evening football game in the bar/extended lobby area. This charming hotel is highly recommended.
Very nice and comfortable
Rorivolta56on 19/05/2016 08:40Located in pacific area, just 2 minutes walk from main streets, shopping centers and attractions.
Rooms are well served with wi-fi , Tv and all comforts. Price is adeguate to location/comfort (around 50 euro for a single, including rich continental breakfast).
It's a quiet place, with travellers mostly there for business.
A truly lovely place!
Gosia Won 14/12/2015 19:15I organized my wedding in Villa Tradycja (October 2015). After the wedding reception both us and some of our guests stayed overnight and everybody was just delighted with the quality of this place.
Really lovely people working there - especially Agnieszka and Magda: a big THANK YOU ladies for your hospitality and excellent disposition!
The property is wonderfully well-maintained. Everything is super clean. The main banquet room is fantastic for smaller weddings or parties. The restaurant is also great. Food is wonderful, especially local delicacies such as sirloin with mushroom sauce. Breakfast is also lovely - lots of choice and again lots of local specialities.
The rooms are exquisite - very clean and comfy.
The hotel is within walking distance (5 min) from the very centre of Bialystok.
100000% recommendable.
