Dinko Jon 30/10/2016 17:14Object itself is nothing special, prays for refurbishment... Wallpaint is falling off in Bathroom and Bathroom cabine doors are falling apart. Owner and staff are extremely polite and that is the biggest plus. When we were there parking machine was broken and we could park our car for free on the street, otherwise you have to pay 10 Euros per day.
There are always good and less good things
GabyCroatiaon 13/07/2015 22:42We stayed in Villa Velina for 2 nights. We had great stay there because the owner is very nice, hospitable and helpful.
Location is very good, 10 minutes walk to the heart of Fazana.
But I must be honest that the amenity itself is nothing special. We had a pretty small room, basicly decorated and some things need refurbishment.For example the drawer was falling down, the towel rack was falling down constantly, there is no air condition.
That's why I rank this accommodation as average.
The bed was good, and the best thing there was a balcony. As the room is small and we have a three year old kid, we could have a drink there while she was asleep.
I must praise the owner who fullfilled our wish to have a room with a balcony.
The room overlooks the street but the street is small and not noisy. there is little traffic there.
The negative thing is also parking place. If you want to park in the parking place you must pay the parking ticket. Allegedly daily ticket is 70 kuna, and 5 kuna per hour.
The owners suggested to park in a nerby street on a pebbled grounds. I am grateful for that although I think that guests should have parking place provided by the amenity.
There is also a common kitchen and dining room if you want to cook or have breakfast. It is nice, nicely decorated and quite well equipped.
Good stay close to the beach

Really close to the beach and to the center of Fazana (groceries...).
Good value for money, especially for students and young people.
The pizza restaurant in front of the hotel is a good place!

Te terrass cold be maked a littele more kosy.
Resepcion with Allan and the russian boss was helpfull and kind!!! They guided us and give us top service!!
Reasonable, friendly and welcoming
tempesta74on 25/07/2012 18:44Lovely hotel, very clean and lovely friendly staff. We had a double and a family room with had shower room and fridge (and tv in family room) A nice balcony although there was communal outdoor spaces and a kitchen to prepare food downstairs. Its surrounded by restaurants and 5 mins walk into Fazana to shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The beach is 2 minutes walk and has a restaurant with friendly staff. The photo doesn't do this hotel justice its really nice inside and out and we'd definately stay again.
