What People are saying

🙃

reemmaa93on 28/08/2017 13:42

The room is too big and the windows is tall and very nice In old style
But

The women who was in the reception the young and blonde was little bet rude in the discussing about the price and the number of people

One suite has 4 beds and she want to charge us about 20 euro for one more adult bcz the booking was for 2 adult while the room is suitable for 4 person and we was 3 adult in two suit which is 8 beds in total
So the two suites is suitable for 8 adults and they want to charge for the third person
Idk why but it's not good way
If you are booking two suit for 8 person why would you charge for less number of people I'm already paying for the room

Also we have booked two room and they are not flexible in the cancelling they said it's up to you if you want to take one room but you will pay for both

She said that i will not discuss this anymore with you
That was the first time in my life to see someone talking like this in a hotel

Also when she give my sister the card she through it on the table in un respected way not giving her by hand

But the other women with browny hair was very very very kind and nice
Everyone there was good and smiling except that women

Anyway
The room was clean but there was a hair in The bathroom it wasn't very clean
Also the water heater was unclean it has dust

Wifi is slow

Not my kind

Have stayed during a massive exhibition period and prices were exceptioanlly high.

High ceiling , and wide rooms, old style.Clean and silence also.Personnel were kind and helpful.

Breakfast variety is rich and breakfast tea mis also very helpfull.

I had prefer another standard hotel rather then a old type different lodging. However, if you are looking for a boutique and spmething interesting , it may worth to stay here

Very comforting, feels like home.

I gave this review on Hotel.com with whom I booked the room.
Take the tram 707 from the airport and you'll be home in 22 mn. Take the 705 to go to the old town. A bit far if you don't want to spend about 10 mn and 2.60€ for a one-way tram, but it worth every penny for the room and the breakfast.
The whole week was rainy, 13 degrees Celsius, but the room and the towels were heated ! If you need body cream or to cook, ask the reception for what you need.
The inner garden is a heaven.
TV is exclusively German channels. The villa was a hospital, the layout was not intended for hotel room, so I move furniture around so the sofa faces the TV, otherwise it would not be possible to watch it. Still not possible to watch it from the bed. I forgot that the bed is on a podium, and tripped on the way to the WC at night.
I will not hesitate to return here in October. Exceptional.

Inter Sanctum

This hotel is peaceful place despite it being a short walk from the hustle and bustle.
I agree with the review 26th of March, it's outdated furniture especially the sofa (I kept sliding off, boy I hated that), but it works with the old-fashioned feel of the house. I too had a good comfy bed a great sleep. Breakfast was the best breakfast I have ever had, such an array of foods, all fresh an healthy (Where dose the fresh Mango come from in Germany?). Our room has a nice balcony with two chairs and a small table to enjoy a quiet glass of wine.

The bad bits: The sofa lounge. A step down from the bedroom to the hallway (dangerous step down in the dark, and the step in and out of the bathtub is very dangerous when wet).

Stay overnight in Dusseldorf in style

Spacious clean room with balcony facing east, good place to sip your coffees in the morning while enjoying sunrise, friendly staff and excellent bed. They have outdated furniture, but it definitely fits the building and creates the atmosphere perfectly.
