My home for 10 months

I stayed here for 10 months while on business in Singapore.

The location is convenient to many places such as Clarke Quay, Boat Quay, Chinatown and Robertson Quay with very easy access to the MRT (Clarke Quay or Chinatown). Grocery shopping is just a block away, while Starbucks and bank machines are just around the corner.

Late night dining and entertainment is just a 5 minute walk into Clarke Quay.

The building is kept is very clean and any required maintenance is addressed within hours. The front desk staff are fantastic and make your stay that much better.

Would easily choose this place if I had to return.

Amazing serviced apartments

We stayed here from January until august for business purposes.
The apartments are really clean and spacious. I had a one bedroom apartment and it was absolutely perfect for me.
Rooms were cleaned 3 times a week which was perfect.
Good facilities in the residence with a good pool and relaxing area on the roof. Gym was good although never visited there much!!
The location of the residence is also perfect with Clarke quay across the road for meals and night life. And 2 mrt stations (CQ and Chinatown) in close proximity.
And the staff were amazing. Everyone very friendly and welcoming every time you walk into the building. That makes a huge difference.
Hope to come back here soon again and would highly recommend.

Well placed. Ideal for family

Very well placed, 15mn walk to china town, 5mn from Clark Quay. A lot of restaurants & supermarket very closed. 2 bed rooms appartement very quiet, a bit old but very clean. Very nice staff always available to help you.

Nice apartment and excellent staff

We stayed in one of the one bedroom apartments for 7 weeks which was fully equiped with everything we needed. Nice size pool with sun loungers and there is also a laundry room if you prefer to wash your own clothes. Location is also really good as it very close to lots of restaurants. It is also near china town and the metro. Staff are excellent, especially those on reception who really looked after us during our stay!

A little disappointing

The greeting was friendly even at 2am Aussie time on arrival. Apartment was dated and in need of a makeover. Was still in the 70's. Bathroom was so small that only one person could be in there and you could not dry yourself out of the shower and dress without leaving the small room. Added to that you had to walk through the tiny space to the toilet.
Second bedroom had 2 beds instead of a double which was great with 2 children. The main had a King. Bed was comfy except for the pillows which were so soft you did not feel you had one or two.
The staff at times were friendly and others were rude and dismissive. Too much " I do not know " for any level of service.
Breakfast was in a completely different part of the building. Be prepared to exit the building and walk along the street to get to it. It was simple but adequate. Only on weekdays.
Travel phone worked occasionally only and finding staff to fix it was a challenge.
Taxi drivers have no idea where this place is making transport difficult. It is central to many things so walking is an option as is mrt which was close.
Pool was clean and large. Not overcrowded.
Free shuttle in morning on weekdays more for residents to get to work than others. Only early shuttles nil later or in afternoon.
Welcome pack a nice touch but nothing replaced during visit including tea/coffee. No milk but directed to local 7 eleven which was open 24hrs.
Overpriced for standard of apartment.
