Vision Nature Resorts is located in Attapadi, a small hillock, hidden from the hustle and bustle of town. Its 40 rooms are spread over 4 acres of lush greenery. We have a multi-cuisine restaurant overlooking the lawns and the mountains named after the flower blooming once in 12 years, Neela Kurinji. Other facilities include a recreation centre, swimming pool and a conference hall. On entering our gates, the passage leads you to a porch where the doors opening is bestowed with the blessing of Lord Ganesh.On to the right is the reception foyer where we believe in welcoming you as a guest to our family. This main building houses the reception desk, a compact lobby, a multi cuisine restaurant. We have tried to bring forward and highlight the architecture style and culture of Kerala and Tamil Nadu. The tiles lay out in the lobby; the conference hall is a piece of art from Karagudi, Tamil Nadu a 100 years old art, where tile is made with hands. The wood work on doors and windows of main building, conference hall, the recreation area and the cottages are of palm tree, which is locally called as Pana which is a dying wood work resembling Kerala.

The only option for a descent stay away from the nearest city in Attappady region of Palakkad..

Best for couples and friends to hangout.

Facilities were okay, need more care in attending customer calls and room service.

Choose the right time of year for a comfortable stay, as this area is located in a barely vegetated region.

Not a great experience overall...

Nothing to write about. Very basic, staff friendly but not professionally trained. They could not organise the silent valley permit though we had informed them well in advance.
Nothing much to do at the resort and there's no connectivity of any sort. Calls to reception or room service go unattended though the food cooked for us was tasty.
If you are looking to go to silent valley don't try getting things done through them.

Very Poor maintenance

Poor maintenance - TV not working properly - Indoor games are not maintained - Swimming pool is not in live condition due to Open swimming pool - Pls ignore if you prefer indoor games, outdoor games & swimming pool in this resort. This resort is fulfilled with all things but terribly not maintained by their faculties.

Calm and quite village stay

Location is right at the top of sholayoor hills. Very much at Kerala boater to Tamilnadu. Very calm and quite place. Very cooperative staff. Credit card facility not available. Food has to improve in terms availability of variety. But made fresh and served. Good for a business meeting with a group.

Great rooms great service but expensive food

The road to the resort is very complicated. No signboards that I could see. Our cab driver who is normally very very competent, he too had difficulty finding the place. If its an overnight stop you are looking for, then look for a hotel closer to the main town. This resort is very far from the main road. If you are going to stay for a few days at the resort then it is a hot but lovely place. Plus points - It has air-conditioned rooms lovely views and great service.
