Heaven on Earth

This place brings you close to the nature. It has cosy rooms. We stayed in a river view room and could hear the sound of water flowing all the time. The sound of monkeys, fear of leaches and watching Malabar squirrel eating outside the restaurant are some of the things we enjoyed alot. Its a must visit place.

Loved our stay here. All cottages are arranged in such a way that there is complete privacy for all the occupants.

Food, room, pool, staff were all lovely and will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Property amongst Nature

This property is away from City and set amongst the Rain Forest in Western Ghats. Reaching is not very difficult and it is around 3 hours drive from Calicut / Kozhikode Airport. Only 36 rooms in such a big property makes sure that you are not in middle of a crowd at any point of time. While I travelled along with my wife and kid this place is a favourite amongst newly weds and this makes sure that you find very few people in common areas. Rooms are spacious and good. Highlight is the stream flowing through the property and the soulful sound it makes round the clock. I was in Vythiri Heaven category room for the first 2 nights and Pool Villa for next 2 nights. Vythiri Heaven is good for a small family of maximum 3 members while Pool Villa is good for 4 or more members as it has 2 bedrooms. Heaven Category room has an open bath tub cum jacuzzi in which you can relax by filling in warm water. While Pool villa is more contemporary with bigger area and larger bathrooms the only drawback is that Pool is not temperature controlled and with the kind of weather in which I visited I could not even take a dip in my private pool as the water was extremely cold so it was kind of a dampener. Else property is good, away from city, limited mobile connectivity, set amongst nature and friendly staff.

Crazy place

Its a crazy place with soul pleasing flora and fauna! Set in a jungle with limited city access, this place is where peace is actually sold! With fresh air and beautiful rooms it nearly is invincible, except the rooms are very humid due to its location but becomes a problem when your bed is actually wet due to it!
The food was very good along with live music.
This place is indeed magical.
