Fantastic service
Jana Mon 24/07/2017 15:40Bozeman is such a fun town. We visited during the County Fair. The Western Heritage Inn is conveniently located in this charming town surrounded by the mountains. We enjoyed the hot breakfast and eating outside on a picnic table. We watched the birds in the tree and listened to a squirrel chatter while we ate. The hotel is very pet friendly which was a bonus for us. There was a hot tub and laundry facilities but we never used them. The staff are very helpful and friendly. There are also fresh cookies in the evening. Our bed was comfortable and there was lots of hot water. We would stay here again.

RunnerAndBikeron 23/07/2017 05:06We're glad we listened to Trip Advisor over the information desk at the airport. They wondered why we wanted to stay in an older hotel. Well....
The front desk staff day or night is knowledgeable about the town and area and gave us excellent directions directions for food, yoga and the secret trail system around town.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast compares to the big chains by the airport. Bonus that we are in town, close to everything, yet quiet.
Would stay here again!
Good for one night
Jordan Jon 19/07/2017 16:38My mom and I stayed here for two nights between Yellowstone and Glacier. We needed to rest and recouperate and mainly do laundry. There was only one washer and one dryer, and at least three other people who wanted to do laundry. One woman hogged the laundry room the entire first night. The next morning we got one load in the washer before another guest told us the dryer was broken, and they had no intention of fixing it. The hotel offered to dry those clothes for us, but we would have to find a laundromat for the rest. Not our idea of relaxing and recouperating...but we did it.
The room itself was very spacious, clean, and quiet. The beds were comfortable. There was no elevator, so we had to carry everything upstairs (then back downstairs to do laundry). We didn't mind this, but it may be a problem for some. Breakfast was great. There were a lot of options--sausage, eggs, waffles, cereal, toast, yogurt, fruit.
The location was perfect for us. It's close to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment without being right in the middle of it--which I was thankful for when they blocked off part of Main St for a music festival. There were hundreds of drunk teenagers and 20-somethings walking/dancing/shoving each other in the streets for several blocks on either side of the festival. The hotel is far enough out that the crowds weren't congregated around it, but a few teenagers walking around taking pics/videos in the parking lot made me nervous for my car (it was fine the next morning, so I guess they had better intentions than I thought).
I would stay here again if just passing through the area, but I wouldn't recommend it for longer stays.

John Son 12/07/2017 16:48great rooms, lots of space and very nice staff. Breakfast was very nice. Fresh coffee 24 hours. Plenty of parking. Like most older hotels no elevator. We would stay their again because of staff and room size.

Front desk staff were very courteous and made us feel right at home. We will definitely make that out stay at our next visit to Bozeman!
