I was this hotel whit my brother staff is very rude room is small food is not good drink terrible l don't recemend this hotel sea have to much stones l cut my leg in alanya u can find so much good hotel

Me and my husband stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in march. I've been to so many 5 star hotels around the world and specially antalya, trust me this is more like a 3 star. The food was really bad and not much choices. Dinner served between 6 to 8pm !!!!! I have uploaded copy of the hotel information that they gave us on the first day, it's better to have a look at that before booking this hotel.

Nice all-inclusive hotel with beach access. Easy access to the city centre, bus stop just across the street. Fresh and delicous food served in the restaurant, friendly and helpful staff. Don't miss the hamam experience in the inhouse spa.

I will argue one by one and my strongly advice is to avoid this hotel in any way.
Hospitality
We are a couple stayed here for couple of weeks starting by end of June.
So, we reached the hotel around 1am after 12 hours trip and we found out our booking requests could not be accepted and they kept us for another 2 hours in lobby area to clarify this issue. More than that, they lied us the hotel is fully booked (we checked the occupancy after that and was just 18%) and offered us a basement room, which was horrible. They said if we do not like the room to pay another 160 Euros for upgrade. Always they have had this thing in their mind, as I truly believe this was the only way for them to make more money with all new clients who are looking for decent rooms, they do not care about customers in any way. The receptionist named Fahri Yurt and night manager Ismail Getinicaja were incredible rude with us, arrogant and they showed us a lack of respect and a luck of professionalism about their jobs. Probably, this is traditional Turkish hospitality and if is true we will avoide it in the future.
Food: very repetitive, no tasty for European people, very cheap and basic aliments used, so we have to spend a lot of money for outside meals in restaurants which increased a lot in our holiday costs. The food was made just for Turkish, Iraq/Iran people who invaded the hotel because of low occupancy, especially in our second week. When they came into restaurant, their behaviour cannot be described because was just like vandals. More than that, the restaurant was dirty and many flies inside made our meals unenjoyable. In addition, we have seen cats eating from clients plates- very disgusting!
Cleanliness & rooms
Room was clean on daily basis but even if we paid tips, bathroom and shower were always left dirty. Not any supervision or rooms check after the housekeeper left the room. The lobby area was not clean ever, and everything what we touched was sticky.
Entertainment- very poor, again made just for Turkish people which shouting as desperate, having a tribal behaviour.
Management or luck of management
In one day, our AC was stop working (notice this kind of problem every day) and even if we asked the reception, the Turkish person (with some Russian roots) who was in charge promised us the problem would be fixed. However, two hours letter she left the shift even the problem was there. She ignored our important issue when outside was more than 40 degree. Finally, we realized, it is wasting time to complain because management does not care about clients.
Beach – good location but badly maintained, dirty with a lot of dogs, litters and general wasting.
Finally, a few nice words about one of the receptionist called Natasha, very kind person with professional attitude, which tried to help us anytime.

Fairly average beach hotel

Visited Alanya during the second week of April and stayed at this hotel.
The first thing I noticed was the dark and shady looking entrance and lobby area. We had a four hour flight with a one hour previous wait at the airport , about 40 minutes drive from Gazi Pasha Airport , make it about a 6 hours journey , so we got there and had to wait 20 minutes because just one person at the reception was caterring for about 15 people . We were lucky and our room was ready but a few had to wait till after the lunch. Bad.
Entered the room , it had a mushy smell of wet carpet , bathroom looked fine, beds were fine , one double queen size and one single bed.
The carpet was extremely dirty to be honest.
Had a small balcony which was nice tho.
Room had a flat screen tv , a small room fridge and a spacious cupboard.
But ! After a few hours , the bathroom started smelling and it kept on giving an aweful smell till our last day. The cleaning staff doesn't know English so it's so hard to communicate. Reception staff also is helpful only to an extent.
The room does not have a dustbin so we used to litter here and there , disgusting I know but what can we do?
Now the food , timing is of old people . Breakfast from 7-10am. Who on earth wakes up at 7am on vacation ?????
Lunch from 12:30-2pm.
Dinner 7-9pm. Our night starts at 9pm !
And as soon as the clock strikes :9:55 or 1:55 the waiters rushed to pick up the food trays. So weird.
Breakfast is good. The juices really bad and highly sugary.
Lunch and dinner , salads and sweets are good.
The main course is again for old People. Mostly boiled stuff with very less spices.
Even tho we had all inclusive we preferred to eat outside.
A really huge plus point is the private beach , which is super with all the beach necessities you need to enjoy and relax. A beach bar also which again has bad burgers and bland fries but drinks are ok.
The freshwater pool is good too.
Location is also quite good with many shops and restaurant right there next to the hotel.
I might not stay here because of the general lack of cleanliness and old people timing and taste of food.
But the pool and beach access is very good.
