Clean rooms and good housekeeping

Quality work of room interiors is very good. Housekeeping is one of the best. English speaking staff comes handy. Highly recommended. Breakfast has good spread even for vegetarians like me. Location is good to walk around. I didn't see any key market nearby.

Brown cockroach and not white swan

to much high nose habits of stuff for low service
good:
beefsteak at dinner buffet, room is big ,lemon water at dinner buffet
bad:
check in behaviour from front desk maybe arrive very late i wake them up
cockroch at breakfast discover the toasts
disrespectfull managers and stuff at dinner buffet
buggs on the chairs ! no sorry from restaurant manager!
only sarcastic ok
i remember white swan in guangzhou ,this was one of the best hotels i had ever stay but this swan is brown and a cockroch

Highlight of our stay

We stayed at multiple hotels while in China from Beijing to Hong Kong this was the nicest of the group. The rooms were clean,beds were comfortable, and the staff was incredibly helpful. And as an added bonus they have great hamburgers in the restaurant.

No complaints on this hotel as food is better than most Chinese cities. We had the dinner buffet with a reasonable RMB140 per person with sashimi, sushi rolls, seafoods, and lamb chops. Not bad for a buffet, with fresh tea pots on the side. Shower is great as you can choose from rain shower, normal shower or bathtub. The room is spacious enough for all our luggages and the bed is comfy. Overall would recommend this hotel.

Nice spacious room, friendly staff, reasonably priced.

The staff didn't speak too much English so were a little difficult to communicate with, however, we do appreciate their effort in trying to help.

Slightly tacky renovation, but that seems to be how it is in the area.

Very little vegetarian options on the room service menu, otherwise, nothing to complain about.
