Great restaurant for lunch
Gunnardesaon 21/08/2017 02:12My family had an amazing experience grabbing some lunch at the Wildcat Inn. In the past we’ve had dinner there and the ambiance and and cool decorations combined with the live music makes it great. But for lunch we sat in the backyard and my 3 year old brother was able to run around and play and he loved it. Great food as well. Most of all everyone on the wait staff is extremely friendly. Our waiter was so friendly and cool... he literally made my week. If there was like an International Waiting Competition, this dude would win it by so much that they would test him for performance enhancing drugs. And this is coming from a jaded 15 year old. This place made me and my family happy.

smijonaon 03/08/2017 23:00just visited the wildcat for the first time. what a great old building ! the dining area was comfy and looked great, linen table clothe, nice chairs. the waiter was professional -however we waited nearly 40 minutes from ordering to being served. the food was pretty good. the price on wed is good , two dinners -$ 27.. the rooms were not that busy, the tavern appeared busy ( live irish music ). i say - one of the best restaurants in jackson nh area, give it a try. we hope you don't have to wait as long as we did for dinner.

What a gem!
Jess_Berlinon 03/08/2017 18:30This inn is wonderful. The owner and staff went out of their way to be welcoming and thoughtful, and they took special care for our small ten year old dog. The food at the tavern was great, and the bartender has all the good tips for the area! Such a great spot.
Wonderful location good value restaurant
Phlipfolopon 20/07/2017 03:13We had booked the larger room to give us room to stretch out. Went to the 3rd floor and had three rooms, a sitting/tv room, a bedroom and the ensuite. Once the aircon had been on for a while very plesent and bed very comfortable. After settling in we took the short walk to the falls to get our feet wet. We were there on the 2 for $26 dollar nights, I had the lobster and my wife chicken both very well presented and tasted great. Would recommend.
Dinner for two couples
Thomas Son 11/07/2017 19:16Went on a Saturday night with another couple to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The drinks were good and I ordered the oysters on the half shell for an appetizer. When they brought us the oysters there was no ice for them to sit on and became warm very quickly. When the meals arrived my prime rib was medium/well and I ordered rare. The lazy men lobster was dry and over cooked. My wife’s had the risotto that was overcooked as well. As our friends swordfish. They did credit half off the $25.00 prime rib. That said all the dishes were in the $20.00 to $27.00 range. In my opinion the service was great but the food was a disappointment. Not sure if we will be back again
