Decent hotel, decent location, decent price

My hotel room was clean and well appointed. It had a small fridge and microwave. Apparently breakfast was served from 6-10, but I didn't stop by to see it.

The bed was comfortable, and I woke up with a clear nose (no allergic reaction).

The only downside is the alarm went off at 3AM. I unplugged the clock radio.

Oh--it had no batteries (or they didn't work). That's a positive for me.

Absolutely HORRIBLE READ BEFORE YOU GO

I'll start with the worst. If you want to go to a hotel that has a peep hole you csn see from the outside in. . That's your hotel !!!!
Yes !!!!! I was in the room and someome knocked on the door and told me they could see me. I went outside look in and low and behold what do I see ? . The INSIDE OF MY ROOM !!!!!! ALL THE WAY TO THE BATHROOM SINK. THE BED. THE TV. ME NAKED !!!!!
SOLUTION? ??? STICK paper towels in there . From the girl up front.

Now let's go to the night before.
4am .. thug kids come in .. room next to mine ...
Loud .. banging on the walls . Slamming things going outside . Smoking . Yelling. .
Called the chick uo front . She says I can't leave the desk . Call management in the morning !!

So that's when I called and they moved me to the room and had the peep hole gone !!!!!.
They didn't do anything !!!! They didn't comp me . They didn't give me my money back. Absolutely nothing .
The comforters aren't washed !!!!!
They have absolutely no security and they even have the hotel set up so the Thugs get to right side of the hotel and the normal people get the left !!!!!

I'm contacting the local news of the hotel. . Really sad. Bc the old owners were amazing !!!!! . These owners . Don't give a crap !!!!!
DON'T GO . YOUR PRIVACY IS AT RISK !!! YOU'RE SLEEP IS WHAT U WON'T GET. Np maid service after 3. So if u need a blanket or pillow . Your screwed .
No places delivers out there.. oh, if u get s room with a fridge that works. You've been blessed . . But don't by pizza. Bc that won't fit !!!!

If that sounds like a hotel worth staying . Go for it.
Just check for cameras and peep hole secretary first !!!!!

Another relaxing getaway!

We stay in the jacuzzi room at least a couple times a year to hide out when things get too stressed. I love filling the giant tub, watching a movies, then jumping back into the warm bed in the cold room. I've read reviews about AC issues but I have never had an issue. The only time I had any problem was trying to check in on New Years without a reservation. They not only got me a room, discounted it because it wasn't the one I actually wanted, they also gave me homemade "New Years" treats while I waited for my husband to fly into town. They have always gone above and beyond yo make sure we are appreciated! ☺️

Good price, good location

4 women in town for a golf tournament-we were kindly allowed to check in hours early to drop off luggage. Rooms were clean, although smelling a little musty until the AC was turned on. Shower was very good. We were not put off by the rooms opening to the parking lot-felt quite safe. Continental breakfast was on par with that at larger chain hotels. Only complaint was that you have to use the bed comforter as a blanket-not ideal! No extra pillows or blankets in the rooms. Overall, feel like this is good value for the price.

Outside Entrance

Clean hotel, nice breakfast, easy access to wifi, but outside entrance was a little scary even though I had no problems.
Hotel was easy to get to and
close to good restaurants and shopping. The hotel is quiet at night even though it is right on the Tyler loop.
