R7949SVwilliampon 15/06/2017 13:54We stayed here 2 years ago and had a great experience. This experience was good only because the pool was down our whole stay and my kids and I were looking forward to it. Breakfast was good. It would have been a great experience if the pool was available!!!
Dirty Stay
oliviamS5160OBon 09/06/2017 18:32This hotel needs to be professionally cleaned and needs new carpet in all there rooms. If this is a smoke free/pet free hotel than they need to stand by that. No one should be smoking on premises
My room smelled like dryer burnt linens and urine.
lesliepA4952IGon 09/06/2017 14:04The tub faucet was not even attached to the wall, chair in the room had a 4" rip in the front, the sheets were inside out on the bed, the air conditioner only cooled the room if the blackout curtains stayed open. The breakfast was not being refilled even though we arrived a full hour before the end. Every table was stacked with food and trash. I was mostly disappointed to discover that some of the guest's companions work on the corner. My kids eyes started burning immediately in the pool. The chlorine levels could not have been correct. Will never again!!! The desk staff was friendly at least.
Issues
Danny Jon 08/06/2017 19:59First issue was with television remote. Channels had to be changed by sliding the tv stand away from wall and manually changing channels on DirecTv box mounted on stand. Staff tried to correct problem but could not.
Second issue was with the area of ceiling above window. It appeared there was or is currently a leak as the ceiling was discolored and the seam of the sheetrock was visible.
Horrible Stay
A9556QVstephaniepon 07/06/2017 17:51The worst experience ever. Child cut their foot on broken glass in the room. Room smelled terrible. AC unit was not working properly. I reported to front desk and maintenance never showed. Breakfast was very limited and the presentation was horrible.
