angelafA4614VEon 08/08/2017 13:05Pool area falling apart. Outdoor area dirty and filled with trash. Also, AC drains into outdoor area so the corner was wet and dirty and gross. Breakfast bar lacking. Rooms were adequate but not for the price we paid.
Pleasant stay, room for improvement
Maria Mon 04/08/2017 18:14We had a family room 1 bedroom with sofa bed. PROS: The hotel was nice and mostly clean, bed was very comfortable. Room was large. Jacuzzi was nice! Staff was nice as well. CONS: Expensive, I paid $200 a night , the hotel needs an update. To turn on and off the lights was confusing. The shower was a bit moldy. Breakfast could have more variety , it was hot ...but not many choices. Has potential to be great!!
Clean, decent accommodations.
dianeh350on 25/07/2017 19:31O my 1 waffle maker. Pic shows two. One tray of scrambled eggs and sausage patties. There wasn't enough room for everyone and there was a group of teenage boys hovering around the food and hogging the 1 waffle maker. Their language was offensive and racial slurs were being dropped making guests uncomfortable. They were African American dropping the n word at eachother. The breakfast area could use another waffle maker and tray of eggs and sausage for the number of guests who were staying there. Wait time did not permit several people to take advantage of the free breakfast which is taken I to consideration when booking a hotel. Just drop the breakfast and lower your price by 20 bucks and it would cut your expenses and provide a better stay experience for your guests.
