Good Worldmark hotel
vincemcon 09/04/2017 02:00We stayed here in April and had a very enjoyable time. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. And the location is great. It is five minutes away from town and the backdrop is superb. You can actually take some very nice photographs from the area behind the hotel. And the Rocky Mountain National Park is approximately 10 minutes away. The room was clean and well stocked. Oh, and you will probably see elk wandering around the neighborhood, including on the street beside the hotel. One more thing, there are no sales presentations here so you will not get hassled to buy more credits. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay here and would come back.
Ok timeshare resort
Carol Von 10/03/2017 20:08The place is very clean but the rooms are small and somewhat dark. The windows are small and high so you have to stand to look out. If you plan to just be out all the time and just sleep here, it is ok.
Great vacation resort
frances Son 14/02/2017 18:47We stayed here twice already. First we had a one bedroom unit and this time we had the 2 bedroom unit. Although it's just me and my husband we like having a lot of space. The one bedroom unit we find that the bed was too small for the two of us. The 2 bedroom unit has a king size in the other room so it worked for us. The unit got everything you need. From cooking to doing laundry which we love. It is close to the RMNP entrance and there's a lot of places to eat nearby. The staff are courteous and allowed us to check in early. We also used the game room. My husband would have wish that the fitness room is open 24 hrs though. All in all we love this place. We will always stay here.
Okay, standard place to stay
bkheyon 25/01/2017 14:41Overall great staff and amenities, but cleanliness was "okay" and they do not provide the guests with free internet. Additionally, the workout facility is subpar. Overall is was a decent play to stay, but I would look elsewhere next time before booking here!
Good Rockies Outpost
momarino143on 24/11/2016 01:56We went to Estes as a small group and stayed at this Worldmark property.
Positives: location / proximity to Estes Park and gateways / drives to Rockies is convenient. Property is well kept outside. Parking is available nearby. The units are very 'Condo-like' but equipped with essentials. A kitchenette was included. There is a community shuttle you can use for $ to get from property to Denver airport.
To Note: there are second floor units, accessible only by stairs as far as we could see. Not ideal for people that are not very mobile. Daily Housekeeping was not included. There are elk everywhere (and elk drippings!).
Not-So-Positives: internet is NOT free, no matter what you read. Moreover, getting access is a 'clunky' approach. (Astonishing in this century.) Bathrooms are not well equipped with toiletries - so bring or buy what you need (we were unimpressed). The fridge had no ice trays nor ice maker: Little use is made of decks and patios (there are few) to enjoy magnificent views or read a book. This location is NOT easy walking distance to village.
Overall: I am neutral, not a big fan, but it will be fine in a pinch.
