Very Disappointing
Paul Lon 17/06/2017 18:56While watching grandchildren in the pool from 2nd floor, I was getting wet by condensation, or something, dripping from ceiling. After informing desk that we had no air conditioning in room, they said they would fix it. While away for dinner, I thought on return that it was fixed.....wrong. Spent the entire night with controls on High/Cold. Loud, and never cooled room. Even the kids had trouble falling asleep.

Vickie Won 16/06/2017 23:52Booked this room about an hour before arriving in Ann Arbor traveling from Grand Rapids. We got a great rate and a wonderful room on the first floor. The windows looked inside to the indoor pool, different, but really ideal for the first floor. Actually all the windows open to the inside. Upon entering the hotel, our first look was WOW what a great lobby. Everything was beautiful. The architecture of the layout was unexpected and very appreciated. We are a the the bar/restaurant. The food was delicious and the drinks were great. Our bartender,LYNNETTE, was the best. friendly, informative, and a great personality. She too very good care of us. Taylor, the young lady who was at the desk when we checked out, was outgoing, and truly genuine . I would go back anytime. we had a wonderful time. and the room was perfect.

Jessica Von 12/06/2017 21:45I stay here periodically for business and have to say there is reason I keep coming back. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfy. The staff is professional and friendly. The Managers here are wonderful and on more then one occasion have helped resolve my problems in a timely manner. The bartender Lanette provides great service and is a good conversationalist. I recommend this place to anyone visiting the Ann Arbor area!!

on 08/06/2017 03:35My Dad and I stayed here after a long day of testing at U of M and Lanette was very nice and accommodating when we went and sat at the bar. We just had a drink but the food smelled good and looked delicious too.

Natasha Hon 31/05/2017 14:02We stayed there for a large event in their Ballroom. The beds were very comfy. However the accommodations were quite small. You could not shut the bathroom door if you were not standing in exactly the right spot in the bathroom. The drain in the bathtub was clogged. So upon taking my first shower I found myself standing in a foot of water. There was paint peeling in numerous places all over the property. The pool was warm and the hot tub was hot. Both were clean. Overall I would say my stay was adequate. The hotel needs some TLC though. The last day of our stay the roof in the hallway going to the ballroom collapsed due to water or a flood of some sort. The hotel just really needs some uplift and upgrades and Improvement.
