Decent hotel

Arrived and found checking very easy, staff very friendly and helpful.Room was clean,and towels and bedding changed every day.Just be careful that this is close to at least 3 nightclubs so does get noisy.
Only had breakfast and was hit and miss with what was on offer.
Overall had a good stay and would go back again

I booked my stay with the Xaine Park Hotel in the start of June. A week before my visit I lost my card that I payed with so got a replacement and thought this would be fine as well as Id , well I was wrong.

I arrived at the Xaine Park Hotel at 22:00 on the 19 June as planned. When I arrived the Manager asked me for the card I payed with, I explained I didn't have it and got into a right mood then.

He proceeded to cancel my booking and refunded my payment back on to the card I initially paid with without telling me. He then asked me to put my New card in and pay. I told him all I had on me was spending money as I booked half board and didn't need anymore as far as I was concerned the room was payed for .

He muttered something in Spanish and then said who goes on holiday with no money, I was quite shocked about this.
I asked him what he done he explained he refunded me what I payed on my card to start with. I asked him how long would a refund take? He said he was not a service engineer!

As it was late and I was tired I decided to pay for one night and then decided to stay in a cheaper hotel for the remaining of my holiday. The manager was very rude and was not very helpful at all ! I love coming to Lorett de mar and will not be staying at Xaine Park Hotel again .

Good buffet

Good food, inside buffet, this year are a new buffet in the Hotel Xaine Park, excellent chocolat, cakes and ice.
The family room clean and confortable beds.
Located hotel near the beach and the sportive arees..

We stayed there for one week from 27 may to 3 jun. Hotel staff were very friendly. Our room were ok but for this prize very good. We stayed on seventh floor and the sunbathing area there are great.Over all very happy and the prize for food and drinks at the hotel very fair.

Short Stay over a bank holiday weekend

This was offered as a second choice as our first choice was fully booked so we thought being offered a Superior Room and Half Board seemed a fair deal. However when we arrived in the early hours of the morning there was clearly a problem although it wasn't being shared with us, and obviously because the superior room was not available and i would need to come back the next day, so we were dumped in an "economy room" which basically backed onto the strip and was amongst lots of young people who clearly did not go back to rooms at the same time hence lots of banging on doors and shouting, worst night sleep ever, i can remember a period of 5min when it was peaceful!. To be fair to the hotel they did sort us with our superior room the next day on the 6th floor and what a world of difference, bigger, cleaner and better ltogether and a balcony. If we had of been there a week this would have been a minor blip but the fact we were only there 3 days made this so annoying. Again on the last day they let us have the room until 1pm instead of 10am checkout. Breakfast was good with so much choice, Evening meal we only had one and went out the other time, this was decidedly average. Pool area was small but there was also a rooftop area with a couple of small pools which was quite spacious. Staff were reasonably helpful with any queries.
