Tarek Aon 01/02/2015 12:23Stayed there for about 15 days actually the property is good but the staff can't say a word in English ,the room is Ok but refrigerator and TV are not working,WIFI internet is very slow ,house keeping change the towels everyday but the new ones also need to be changed ,the bottom line is if you want to stay in that place you should forget that you're staying in a hotel or a serviced apartment ,depend on yourself !!
Terrible hotel apartment
Sakhoeunon 02/09/2014 05:08We booked via booking.com with confirmation e-mail, but when we arrived the staff is just simply says NO room? we were shocked in the Guangzhou luxurious city. Non of the staffs could speak english. We have to share with our friends in 1 apartment for 3. there were 2 TVs but not working, and we called to reception but nothing has been done? there was 1 massage chair, and it's also not working? Well, we got Free WiFi in the room. There is 7 eleven shop open 24/7 where we could buy some food stuff before McDonald and Starbucks café open.
However, this hotel is located near to the most interested tourist destination in Guangzhou, such as IFC, Guangzhou tower...etc, where you can enjoy visiting them.
