hanwuson 24/08/2017 18:19The room is very big and comfortable, the cleaners are very attentive. The restaurant is wonderful. My language is not very good, it is difficult to express what I want, but the servers show enough patience and hospitality. Expeciall the chief,NAN, she listens to me smilely, and introduces the main cource to me one by one. And what she cooked is very delicious, very attractive. It is very grateful to her, much thanks to Mercure.
Amazing service
Bohoodon 23/08/2017 14:21I recommend you go to this hotel called mercure. It was a pleasure time there and you just couldn't leave, they also had a gym and a pool also they had a kid play area. Also in this coming year they're creating sport activities such as: football,basketball and etc. Also the staff and the service was absolutely great especially the workers downstairs and upstairs because they clean your room like stars especially 4 of these people named Mr payithran, benson,shadul and Ryan. For the downstairs it was mr Karem, Karen, laxmi,Irene and rana

One of the best experience at mercure hotel apartments.the room was very clean and restaurant food is excellent. Concerge staff was very helpful and friendly spacelly bellboy kashim & shiba. also Security bijay was very professional and helpful we enjoying our staying and i highly recommend the hotel to all..
A Long Term Tenant!
soorajd1989on 19/08/2017 18:07I've been a tenant of this place for nearly 2 years now, and this 5-star review goes out specifically to the new housekeeping team on the floor.
Although the hotel isn't at its best shape at the moment, with the renovation underway, I must thank Sanjaya, Nayeem and Jagdish for ensuring that my apartment is spick and span! Kudos to the guys! :)
