FAMILY VISIT FOR TWO WEEKS

We had stayed earlier 4 years ago when it was called OAKWOOD APARTMENTS.

We booked a two bedroom apartment for two weeks. We were allocated an apartment on 6th Floor. Next room was noisy every night as they seemed to have a wild party literally every night.

Front desk reception was helpful and always willing to help.

Requested for two Airtel sim cards from reception and they arranged via a local mobile broker . We felt cheated as we were not explained the package and were forced to buy a bundle of 250mb data instead of 25mb for one month.

Prinyaka helped with special diet for my wife after surgery and was very helpful.

The Apartment was clean with all amenities including a fully functional kitchen , washing machine and dryer. Utensils and cutlery were basic. Only had one mug , should have 4 mugs with enough plates and cutlery for 4 pax.

Rooms , wash rooms , dining and sitting area clean and central air conditioner fully functional.

Breakfast excellent with good variety , however , menu is the same everyday. Need to request for out of menu option and they will go out of their way to comply. SAKTI was very helpful at breakfast. He went out of his way to serve us. Kudos to him.

Room service and food from Phagum restaurant excellent with good variety.

With taxes , the two bedroom apartment comes to just under $ 300 per night. Ideal rate should be around $250 per night for long stay.

Highly recommended .

The hotel is supurb. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Food was so delecious. The security was so helpful and great. And mostly so thankful to NASIR IMAM he helped me a lot for planning a surprise for my fiance.

nice hote , nice room ,
good stuff in general ..
good food .. the servers are good .
the best thing is the cleaning service ( stuff) .
wifi was okay not good that much ..
price bit expensive but still okay .

From check-in to food and beverages, all staff seem like trainees - very slow and without any knowledge of their work. Had a lot of hiccups on the first day regarding service but it was smoothed over by
Mr Nasser Imam, whose behaviour and prompt actions made up for the awful service before. We decided to stay on longer at the hotel because of his service, as he really paid attention to all our requirements and comfort. Location is very nice. Juhu Beach is at walking distance, as is ISKCON and Prithvi Theatre. Amenities are also good.

An average so called 5 star hotel

Though checked in at 3:56pm room was not ready, argued and suddenly alloted the non smoking room though smoking room was requested. the room alloted was pretty good, nice ambiance and spacious room, breakfast was limited and has to order from their B/f menu, ordered and it took long and the supervisor came and asked whether the breakfast was over not any pending order is to be served? Supprised ... It took longer to complete our order, in room no turn down service during our stay for two nights, we ordered one bottle of water at around 12:30 am, delivered two with invoice of 200 + gst, refused one bottle, got a call from housekeeping and they said the invoice cannot be cancelled... Suprised and second day the same breakfast history repeated again, the room key is deactivated on first day of our stay out of two days. The reception guy said the key are deactivated arlt 12 noon, again suprised... Overall average hotel and definitely not a 5 star hotel by service point of view. And will not visit again to this so called 5 star. And am sure the duty manager will reply and will have apologies like every review, be T will never change. The staff at all levels are trainees and are lack of knowledge.
