Our suite could use some updating. but over all clean, comfortable and spacious. however I will not stay again due to the fact that when I left my things in coach check the employees "lost" the souvinior popcorn I bought. I was very disappointed that no one had a clue where it went and acted very non shalant about it. no empathy what so ever. I wont be back.

During my stay, I was helped by Evelio and Jason. I didn't know where to go for dinner and asked for suggestions on nearby spots to visit with my bestie's birthday group. They made several suggestions and even gave us coupons which helped so much because there were several of us. They were very patient while we were all talking at the same time and Jason gave us precise directions to a couple spots that were easy to understand. Thanks guys, I will use you again when I come back downtown!

We needed a good location in downtown Chicago. We got that, plus a clean, comfortable, commodious suite at a good value, and a very congenial staff. We hope our path bends toward the windy city again someday - so we can stay at CSMAL again! !

We enjoyed our stay (family of 4); the location was fabulous, easy access to museums, parks, and shops; restaurants close by; breakfast was very good (eggs, sausage, cereal, breads/pastries); room included a kitchenette that was great for eating dinner in; the staff was attentive. Would stay here again.

Great location and staff was super helpful. We were early and our room wasn't ready. The staff took care of our luggage and offered the facilitates if we wanted to wait in the hotel. We were in chicago for the chicago marathon. About 1 mile from race start/finish. Was able to take the shuttle from the expo from an adjacent hotel about a quarter mile away. Awesome that breakfast was served early the morning of the Chicago Marathon. Room was super roomy. The only downside was the air conditioning was on the loud side when it turn on at night.
