Very comfortable and modern hotel. Rooms are well equipped, still lack of hair dryer (misses you’ll miss that).
Conveniently placed not far from Valencia airport and you can walk to Valencia Bonaire super new outdoor shopping mall with loads of nice restaurants.
Could improve the breakfast (included in all rates apparently) and the area is somehow spoiled by a dump nearby.

Nothing to report, all ok the room except a small problem with AC, friendly and helpful staff and very clean hotel, good location near the city and excellent breakfast with plenty of variety, we recommend.

We were here with my boyfriend in August just for one night before we go to the centre. I speak fluent Spanish so I had no problem talking at the reception (although I believe they talk English as well). Arrived at 11 pm with taxi (which cost 22 euro - I don't really understand why, the hotel is located right next to the airport but probably because he had to take longer ride as here's a highway).
Breakfast was decent.

Rooms are OK. Beds and Pillows are comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. Only criticism are the lack of a safe and the really poor Wifi. The Wifi was so bad that we ended up connecting via a tour bus that happened to be parked outside.
In terms of location, it is 15mins by car from downtown Valencia or 45 mins by bus.The bus is E1.45 and you get it from McDonalds which is a 2 minute walk. You wouldn't want to stay here to explore Valencia city. It's convenient to the motorway network. Hotel parking is free. The big location plus is that it right beside (literally 30 seconds walk) from a big mall with a range of retail shops, outlet shops and restaurants.
Breakfast is free and had a varied range and good quality. Coffee was top quality.
The hotel's biggest asset was its staff. They spoke great English, were pleasant, happy, friendly and gave useful and accurate advice about the region. (Thanks Carmen!)
Good value ... We'd stay again.

Stayed with my family. The hotel is located in a big commercial centre. Plenty of eating options at Las Terraza. There is a supermarket just behind the hotel if you need to buy anything at all. The location of the hotel can be an inconvenience if you do not have a car. The hotel is on the outskirts and the public transport connectivity is poor. With a car, there is no problem at all. The staff is very friendly. Marcos was particularly helpful.The breakfast is good. Rooms are a little small and could have been bigger. Can't complain for the price though.
Overall I am satisfied and would return if I had to.
