The good. Our room was a suite that was large and spacious. It also had a small stove, refrigerator, and sink - essentially a mini kitchen. The bathroom was large with. Nice bathtub. The AC worked very well - nice and cool. We only stayed one night so I can’t comment on the facilities. Service was good.
The not so good. The lobby is outdoors but covered. There were many mosquitoes. There were none in our room but we had an “off” type dispenser in our room to kill them. At checkout they charged for breakfast (even though we didn’t have it. Also the tax and service charges. They said we had to pay it.
The rooms are a bit old. The room key system was not working for us so we had no room key. Things in the room were dated and not quite maintained (an example is the plate for the electrical outlet fell off the wall as we were using it). Nice but older. Plenty of bottled water was provided free. They had nice soap, shampoo and other bathroom needs.
The price was moderate for a hotel in this city. It is located about an hour from the airport (no traffic).
If you don’t mind the negatives then you up the rating and get good value for your money.

I had my stay booked in Holiday Inn, Whitefield for 15 days in September and it was all pleasant. The staff here was helpful in all possible ways. Here are the detailed observations:
Room: The room was spacious and clean. There was adequate natural light during the day and there were plenty of lights to suit your need after sunset. The sockets were easily accessible for all the charging needs. The location ensures you get a natural breeze while sipping your cup of morning tea.
Amenity kits and toiletries: The toiletries provided were from biotique which were decent.
In Room dining: There are plenty of options available for in room dining and the food served was tasteful and in adequate portion.
Breakfast: The morning breakfast service had good variety to choose from.
Problem resolution: I did face issues with TV one day and wash basin the other. Both were resolved in a matter of minutes, just after informing housekeeping.
Special mention to Mr Jugdev who tackles the difficult task of arranging transport for the guests in this notorious Bangalore traffic and helps them plan their journey accordingly. Everyday I could see him helping guests with everything they could ask for. Kudos to the team for making my stay memorable.

I stayed here and on the first day it self found LIZARD in the room and house keeping staff took it as a casual affair.
Food here blunt and undercooked. I asked restaurant manager that I want to have a word will the head chef but he sent a junior chef and to my surprise he told me that they don’t taste food and cook separate for them.

As a Traveller I would recommend everyone to stay once here to get the best experience. Personally speaking iam happy with all the staff because they were very good and gave their best effort to make my stay memorable. Thanks Sangita, dawa, sugana, pallavi,kalpana, Rajeev,dolma, mustak,mani, and last not the least driver prakash for safe driving. U guys deserve appreciation for the hard work and dedication towards the company.

Over the past 3 months I would have spent more than 25 nights in the Holiday Inn Whitefield so there is very little that I have not seen or experienced at the Holiday Inn. My first (recent) stay was in June, 2017 for 5 nights followed by a 10 nights stay in August, 2017 and a 12 nights stay in September, 2017. During my first stay I had faced certain housekeeping issues which I had chosen to ignore (and not report in real time) to the Management. On the day of my Check Out it was early morning and I was half asleep when the Executive presented a Feedback Card to me whilst he processed my bills. I filled the same and was in 2 minds whether to report the incident or not (I didn't want to get into an argument at that point of the day) however I still mentioned it for their benefit. Surprisingly within 2 minutes Asif Ali (the incumbent Front Office Manager) appeared from the inside chambers and asked me about the problem and assured me that such an incident will never occur again. A few days later I received a call from Anil KC (GM) expressing his anguish over the incident and assuring me of impeccable hospitality the next time. I was a little surprised by this behaviour because normally Hotel Managements write flowery responses against reviews on Trip Advisor but with very little sincere effort to rectify the situation at the back-end and ensure that it doesn't actually happen again. This was the first time a GM was speaking to me about a minor issue and his sincerity tipped my scales in his favour. On my next stay in August, 2017 everything from the point I landed at Kempegowda Airport was taken care of, one of the finest housekeeping team was assigned to my room and it was maintained spic and span everyday for 10 days. During my several interactions with the staff and management (most of them are young with high levels of energy and enthusiasm) I found a genuine desire to strive, serve and fulfil your expectations. Consequently, during my long stays in August and September every little requirement/expectation was considered, addressed and fulfilled to my satisfaction. I commend everyone from Anil KC (who has become more of a friend now), Asif, Dawa, Pankaj and everyone else with whom I have interacted for the wonderful job they are doing to make their guests comfortable and taken care of. Holiday Inn is on the Whitefield Main Road and has an enviable location with large amounts of open spaces, verandas and an infinity pool on the terrace.The Hotel because of its prime location is easily accessible by In-App Cabs at all hours and it is at a convenient distance from all points in Whitefield including ITPL, Forum Neighborhood Mall and other frequented spots. The rooms are large - Deluxe Room measuring approximately 350 sq. ft. and the Executive Suite in excess of 650 sq. ft. There is ample space to sit down, read a book, relax or attend to your business/guests. The Hotel personnel are discretely available on demand whenever needed. The entire property is also accessible for people with limited mobility. Personally, I will not be able to stay in any other Hotel in Bangalore till the Holiday Inn Whitefield option is available to me. I wish Anil KC and his entire team success and all the very best in their endeavors.
