Great place to stay location is quite centralised for touring dehradoon and then pushing off to massoorie. The staff is well informed of the city and are ready to help at any time... the reception and HK staff are quite helpful...
Hotel has ample parking space.

Well I stayed here for 3 nights. The reception desk Managers were well mannered & very educated. The hospitality was pretty good. I booked my hotel through OYO. As I reached they greeted me very well, I just told my name & they provided me the room(308). The food was really good, hotel is located at the prime location near Clock Tower & Big Bazar. I didn't gave Excellent rating was due to the A/C which was very old for which every time you need to go to switch off the main switch if you feel cold. Rooms might need to be upgraded. Overall a very good hotel.

Worth for a short visit to the city at a very reasonable price.
Breakfast and wi-fi services are upto the mark, room service is a bit slow but still fine, rooms are clean n tidy and the hotel staff were very co-operative with the bookings and extentions.
I stayed there for three days and had a fine experience there.

Stayed as a Family , the hotel is centrally located, everything is near buy, all rooms have a different interior & flooring from each other. Rooms booked were 303, 306, 310 all the rooms were perfectly cleaned & tidy. Its basically a OYO rooms. Disappointment with the bathrooms. Old & rusty fittings, its been ages they have not replaced it, the bathroom has a old age wooden sliding door for closure. Also the water heater didn't have any indicator on it, was asked to wait & hot water would flow.
Room service was quick, Complimentary breakfast was good, Veg Mayonnaise sandwiches with tea &coffee, Toiletries was provided consisting of Body wash, Body lotion, Soap, Shampoo, all herbal which really had a good fragrance.
All in all a decent stay. Reception is quick to resolve any issues, they were kind enough to help related to any matter.

Please stay on Dehradun Railway station's platform but not in this hotel. I stayed for one night i.e. 18 May 2016. The hotel stinks. There is a garbage bin at the end of the corridor, which appear considering the sudden climate fluctuations & thin air not been cleaned for weeks. The whole corridor stinks because of this. There were mosquitoes in the room. I got my room changes still it was no better. The taps were not working properly. Toilet was not cleaned properly. Bedsheets were used ones. Room service & food were surprisingly decent. I would have changed the hotel but I had checked in late & had to leave in the morning.
