We stayed in this hotel 1 night. We ate lunch in the hotel restaurant which was really good. Breakfast was also delicious in the morning. Reception staff was very helpful. Everybody is super friendly. However, it is not handicap friendly resort. There are stairs everywhere. Even a lift is not on full floor. It is like in between floors so you have to take stairs to go into lower or higher floor – strange. WiFi is working well. Room is spacious however whatever they are using for cleaning, smells horrible. It is like constant bleach smell in the room. Swimming pool seems to be clean. To be honest, I would book a different hotel next time.

You wont be disappointed. The hotel was clean, breakfast was delicious and staff was friendly. If you eat or use any of the items in the fridge or bathroom counter, you have to pay for it; prices for thode items are expense; so read before you eat them or use them. However, my stay was pleasant.

My wife and I had come to celebrate our birthdays at this resort. The entire staff was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable of the surrounding areas. We had a suite overlooking the pool and beach. Its a smaller resort, geared to couples or small families. Which was perfect for us as we didn't want a party hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We loved this hotel. My son and I had a short break here of 4 days and choose the plan americano which included all meals and drinks (local brands), and an afternoon snack. The food was delicious, presented very well and for us, who just wanted to stay by the pool, having everything included made for a very relaxing stay. We could eat lunch and the snacks right by the pool. I think the complete plan was good value especially as it was 3 courses for both lunch and dinner - we struggled to eat that much to be honest!
The pool was very nice with plenty of shade and a shallow area for smaller children to play.
Witthout exception all staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, and all spoke at least a little English if you need it.
Our room was large, clean and modern and the air conditioning and WiFi were both excellent.
The hotel can arrange transport from the airport but we used the official taxi at the airport no problem.
We will definitely stay here again.

This is a wonderful hotel in Cartagena. right on the beach, with A wonderful swimming pool and a nice cabana. The hotel itself is very nice, clean and spacious rooms and good WiFi. The staff is very helpful We Loved this hotel the staff are all great, . The restaurants in the hotel are good, and the best and excellent. Breakfast at the hotel is very good. For dinners and maybe for lunches, you will try the picada mix chicken and steak really delicious. The taxis services in the hotel are very professional which make you feel very comfortable. Hotel area is very safe.highly recommended.. We can't wait to go back. Thank you Hotel Dann!!
