Very poor room service . the rooms are bad . no hot water .. bathroom stinks . Staffs got very bad attitude . overall my worst stay in this hotel . No proper ac cooling . lots of issues in this hotel ..

The rooms are clean and spacious, they offer complimentary breakfast. The staffs are friendly. The standard room we booked had AC, a water heater kettle, tea/coffee bags, sugar sachet and a complimentary water bottle (500 ml) and a mini fridge. For any queries with regards to the interiors of the room please ask the room service instead of the staff at the reception to avoid confusions.

We booked the hotel through Make my trip and got a discount on the room charges. Although there was a confusion regarding the make my trip voucher, the staff handled it maturedly without causing any inconvenience to us.
We were first accommodated in Room no 404 where the AC compressor was not functioning properly. We were promptly shifted to Room no: 405 and we had no complaints. The room had a water heater kettle, tea/coffee bags, sugar and a complimentary water bottle (500 ml). The room also has a mini fridge.
The rooms (including washrooms) were very clean and tidy. The hot water is provided from 7 pm till 11 am.They also provide complimentary breakfast. Overall a very good stay.

First of all I don't know how OYO can call this one of their premium hotels.I wish I could give them no stars or a zero.Rooms are decent looking nothing premium about it. We had two rooms out of which one room had to be opened by the staff every time we had to get in as the door key wouldn't work and that somehow was our problem as they wouldn't change the room for us and the other rooms door was always jammed had to use all our energy to open it every time we had to. Staff was rude in their reply with us and with other guests. Secondly no hot water if you have to take a bath any other time except for mornings. House keeping had to be asked to top up toilet tissues or soap or even water. They won't even leave an extra toilet roll every time you need one have to call reception and ask for it.They say you get free WiFi but it never worked for us. The only thing that kept us here was the good food in a doggy "Restaurant".
Would not recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is located near the best happening place for a comfortable stay after enjoying at Liquor Lounge and Revox a pub. After the ambiance and partying it can be easily accessible to rest after the tiresome enjoyment..
Morning breakfast is also the best...
