I was there for 4 nights with my family and we occupied 2 rooms. The triple room is very large and has gorgeous views of the ocean. The hotel is perfectly located in the center and away from the noise at night. There are only 9 rooms and that makes it very private and the staff is very attentive, pleasant and professional. Special mention to Leonel who was extremely professional, polite and respectful. Luis Fernando and Dagobert for being so sweet and professional in serving us as we were the only guests in the hotel everyday for breakfast and other meals. Ruby for your warm hospitality and care.

Just nine rooms, historic, inside the wall, overlooking the Caribbean, this hotel is old but quaint....like it should be! The view on the fourth floor is incredible, especially at sunset and when the city is lit up. Helpful staff, friendly and customer oriented. A small pool on the bottom floor and a hot tub on the fourth. This hotel has a great location.

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon and they treated us like royalty. They put flowers on the bed and catered to our every need. The pool in the middle of the lobby is small but beautiful and the rooms are just right. Lovely experience! Centrally located too.

The hotel is nine rooms only! Which make it special and with a personalized attention for the guests! The rooms are wide, clean and silence -which is very important because of the the active night life at Cartagena'a old town where the hotel is located!

This is a nice Hotel if you are just interested in bed and breakfast. The rooms are fairly small and looked much bigger online. The Hotel is great located to explore the old town of Cartagena. But it seemed more suitable for older people. When we asked for an iron board and an iron, the guy came with just an iron, so we asked how should we iron our clothes without an iron board? He did not have an answer but said he could organise it from another Hotel... we declined but at least he tried, which was in a way nice. Unfortunately we discovered some hair in the shower from the previous guest, which I think can not happen in a 5* rated Hotel. Even though we spoke immediately with the person at the reception, the hair did not get removed until the next day.
The next day we got a apology note and a bottle of wine which was a nice gesture. I know one should not compare with other Hotels, but for the same price we paid per night, there is bigger and nicer Hotels in Cartagena. But one thing for sure, the staff was very friendly at the Hotel, but for us the whole Hotel was just to small. A very good feature is the rooftop jacuzzi which was very romantic when the sun went down.
