Very nice restaurant and breakfast, although the server didn’t seem he wanted to be there to serve breakfast.
The room was average at best...it was very outdated and needed some upgrading in the bathroom and the furniture in the room was due to be replaced. Bed was just okay!
The staff except for the breakfast server were very helpful and friendly, but the hotel’s need for upgrading made the stay average at best.

Excellent hotel in every way. Their main restaurant is outstanding with wonderful food prepared with love and attention. Our room was very comfortable with everything you would need. The staff were friendly and helpful. Having a secure car park is another added bonus in a busy place like Amboise.

Great hotel at the Loire, with a beautifull view at Amboises Castle. The atmosfere of the building is great, you are really treated as a Lord or Lady. Rooms are comfortable, furniture matches the environment, but all modern comfort is there. Parking is on the premisses.
Not cheap, but worth it.

Beautiful and historic with excellent food and outstanding service, Bedrooms are now requiring renovation and updating in many cases.
