the room was spacious and clean. but it was cold and there wasn't a good heating facility. when we asked for heating facility they bring us a small heater that wasn't enough. but other things were good.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful - they maintain it so very well and the detail all around is amazing (the artwork, the display items, to the reed diffusers, and the toiletries!) It was really fantastic, and off the beaten path of the tourist areas. It was perfect; I'd stay here again for sure!

Great hotel, beautiful, very close to the city centre the only thing that stopped me to give it 5 star was the breakfast, for a 5 star you provide cooked omelettes, better choice in cooked breakfast and better quality for 20 euros! I would recommend in having it! And a cappuccino 4.50 euros when you can step outside and few metres away you get a cup and a pastry for 2or 3 euro!
Will definitely return, but without the breakfast!

Great service from all and a very pleasant garden. The staff was wonderful the rooms were roomy and well appointed. Breakfast could’ve been a little bit better but the fresh orange juice made up for all.

It was a great experience! The hotel was excellent, very comfortable and with a great staff. It was really worth it for the price . The location in the heart of Florence gives the hotel even more value.
