This hotel is very central to restaurants and shops. The staff are great although spread a bit thin in the dining room. Breakfast buffet was a bit skimpier than others we had dined in during our stay however it was hot and filling.

I was booked into this hotel as part of a trip to visit Liverpool with an overnight stay.
Check in was very quick and the room I had was lovely and everything I needed I had a perfect night sleep the room was hot at first but I did get it to the temperature I like.
After a long day traveling and shopping I wanted a shower before my evening meal the shower was perfect not too hot or too cold.
The meal was lovely I couldn't eat dessert as too full from the starter and main but the desserts look lovely.
I didn't have breakfast as I am not a breakfast person.
On the Monday morning the staff went above duty we had someone in our group who wasn't well nothing to do with the hotel and they let them stay in the room longer.
Just want to say thank you to all staff who looked after us I am very fussy when I am away as I do work in the trade.

Brilliant location, a stones throw from Albert Docs and in the center of shops and night life. Hotel is clean and has a great bar looking out into the street. Staff were friendly and helpful. I was able
to check my bags in before check in. I was upgraded to a suite which was amazing. Never had suck a good nights sleep. Huge bed, pillows galore. Nespresso machine. Huge selection of toiletries. Parking to the side of the hotel £15 for 24 hours. 30% discount if you are a hotel guest. 10 Minutes or £8 in a taxi to Anfield. I would recommend this hotel

Lovely hotel situated right in the city centre of Liverpool so perfect for shopping and sightseeing.perfectly safe as you have to use your keycard to access the lift.
Lovely rooms with plenty of space.
The bar area is lovely however the selection of drinks is small.but that doesn't matter as u have plenty of other bars on the doorstep.

mix up with the date of my booking, sorted without fuss and handled very professionally.
Charlotte was especially helpful with a booking my daughter had to change due to a biking accident it she was very understanding and patient in sorting out another date for her. Thank you Charlotte good luck the baby.
