This is my first travel to UK. Mark answered all my emmaksl in a very timely fashion. I expected to arrive at the hotel very late like 1:30am so I asked him to secure me a quite room because I am a light sleeper. He made sure of that although he’s off on the night I arrived. Then Roberto offered me a surprising complimentary room upgrade upon checking in, which made my long day a happy ending.

It's very close to very beautifull and important buldings and Places. It's well place to do conferences and meeting for any kind of bussiness. Thanks for your hospitality and attendance. 123456767890'

Hi,
This is my 5th stay on this hotel and i still the same impression. But i have to tell you that only this time i realized that the hotel room does not provide a heater . I ended up requesting for a portable heater in order to warm up the room as the crazy weather hits 4’C windy and even i off the aircon. Aside from this i would say its the best place to stay in London in terms of accesibility to major tourist spot, train/tube etc.
Btw - the staff are consistently helpful and very accomodating in all our request. I booked deluxe room but was upgraded to Junior suite(Room 727) with the London Eye as my window view. Not complaining but grateful..:-)
again, this hotel deserve a shout overall!

My husband booked this hotel for my birthday but could not find a room with one bed so he booked a room with two. Upon arrival at the hotel we asked for a room with a double bed and they upgraded us to a studio as a birthday present and on top of that a bottle of wine was delivered the same evening with congratulations from the front desk staff. Very much appreciated. Breakfast was very extensive with a lot of choice for all type of eaters including vegetarian and one morning even vegan. The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful and courteous. We had Italian dinner at the hotel and that was good as well.

My wife & I stayed for one night after watching tennis at the O2. It was very convenient to Waterloo Station, check in was quick & easy with a warm helpful welcome from the staff. Our room was spacious, modern with a fantastic view. Overall we enjoyed our brief stay.
