I stay in Paris for Business during August 2017 for 7 nights, and I used 2 rooms. The hotel location was just great, 2 minutes walk to the bus stop and the same to the Metro. This period was quiet in Paris, and I get a nice room. Tv and refrigerator was working well. Most important for me was the WIFI witch I get a login/password and I could used at anytime and anywhere at the hotel. The room and other facilities was always clean. Manager and receptionist always here to help you for anything. Warm welcome always. Thanks again!

Worst hotel experience

We were originally checked in to the wrong room. When we pointed this out we were told that we were wrong and offered no apology. We basically had to argue with them and housekeeping to get the room we actually paid for. Unfortunately this was not the only issue we had.
First day we asked for house keeping to not enter our room as we checked in late and did not need any cleaning. We came back from being out all day to find that they had entered our room and changed our bedding. The new bedding had stains on it and they also left a stain on the floor. So they came in when we asked them not to and actually left the room more dirty than we left it.
The next day we asked housekeeping to come in and clean the room in hopes they would remove the stained bedsheets. Instead they came in left the beds as is and changed the towels. Much to our horror the new towels were also stained. Completely disgusted.
We stayed for 3 nights and everyday we had an issue. We were also not comfortable complaining about housekeeping and our experience due to the way we were treated when we were given the wrong room. We were worried what they would do something to our belongings when we were out especially considering housekeeping experience had no issue entering our room without permission.
There was one receptionist we dealt with who was always happy to help us but unfortunately we were checked in by the other receptionist who gave us the wrong room and from that moment on we had nothing but issues.
We also had no working wifi during our last night and morning.
There are plenty of hotels to choice from in Paris so i would suggest going elsewhere. We wished we had. Price not worth treatment we received.

This hotel is quite simple and very comfortable. We stayed only two nights but were very positively impressed by the attention we got from their staff. Superb to say the least.

Our room wasn't big but it was surprisingly quiet, the window overlooked a central patio and the bathroom offered every modern amenity. Would definitely stay here on our next visit.

A quiet simple hotel in Paris

Simple hotel, our room is lovely with three single beds, face the street. Cleaned, all the day new towels. Good position to visit Paris, near the metro Brochant, one lovely brasserie just in front of this hotel, restaurant tipical and a supermarket on the street. The evening, just a few time to Pigalle or Montmartre and its bistro.
We thinks to return in this hotel again.

Nice Hotel, and worth another visit

This Hotel is very affordable and tranquil.

I loved the stay a lot.

less staff
nice atmosphere
zero hassle
well maintained
very polite receptionist

I recommend you to visit it a big time
