Stayed there for 1 night on business trip and , though it was not very high rated, It has been quite a good surprise: I was on the 1st floor, but the street was quiet. People at the desk were very cheerful and gave a lot of attention to my comfort.
It's a small hotel, very b&b like..
The room was simple but clean, still I don't like these bathrooms where Shampoo ans Soap are in a same bottle pinned on the wall. Breakfast was good.
The hotel is near the parliament...with lots of restaurant in the street.

Stayed 4 nights here in mid-December, 2012, paid for by host. Room was dated and small, but shower was good. Cleanliness was average, breakfast was good bread and cheese, but not a trace of meat to be found. Biggest problem was a totally inaccessible internet throughout the hotel. And management did not care in the least. The best part of the hotel was the location, but I will stay in the nearby Hotel Ibis next time for sure. Skip this one.
