The apartment was a 8-10 min walk from the railway station. It is an apartment hotel, clean and tidy. They do not have room service or in house breakfast, but do have a well equipped kitchenette. They provide free car parking in their premises.

We only stayed one night with our children during our trip through Switzerland. Charming family appartment 'Jungfrau' with a great view, close to the center but the Residence needs more facilities and newer furniture.

We had a private apartment for our 4 nights stay in Interlaken. The lodging is about 5-7 mins walk from Interlaken West station. When we arrived, there was someone at reception (so we did not have call) and he helped us with our luggage and showed us around. The apartment was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. It was clean but I wouldn't say it was spotless. The Wifi didnt work most of the time. Overall, it is fairly priced for Interlaken and we had comfortable stay here.

The place is value for money sure, but we were kept waiting for almost 1 hour when we arrived at the place. I gave the host a call on his mobile with my home mobile phone (as instructed) and he said to call him once I reached the place. When I arrived after lugging all my luggage from the train station with my 70 year old mother he was not there. I called him again and he did not pick up. We waited there for 1 hour until he finally arrived saying he had to go to the supermarket as it closes early on Sunday.
Fine- but you could have said so instead of hanging up and not explaining that we had to wait 1 hour. We could have eaten. But no we just waited there tired and hungry.
No AC for the summer..

I thought the rooms were nice, the place was clean, the front desk was helpful and gives you a free bus/train pass to move around Interlaken. I thought it was a great place to stay for one night and I would've stayed longer if I could have.
