Just returned from a one week vacation with my family ( 2 kids , 8 & 18). We were in poolside condo 108 and what a treat!!!
This was our first time doing the condo thing and not all inclusive, I was abit apprehensive mostly about security, but the minute we arrived I knew we made the right choice. The condo is located on a quiet serene road, sitting on my patio every morning listening to the birds was a nice treat that you wouldn't get at a noisy all- inclusive resort.
The condo is a 20 minute walk from all the restaurants and stores you could ever need. My 8 year old daughter did this walk every day, sometimes twice a day, very nice walk.
The condo has everything you ever need, laundry, coffee pot, iron, BBQ, towels , even some basics in the kitchen ( if you arrive late like us 11pm)to get you through until you go to the Mega ( Mexican Walmart) to get your supplies.
Last but not least , I have to say the staff were AMAZING!!!! Not being a resort, I wasn't quite sure what to expect. There is always security on site. Someone is always around to help, although you don't get house keeping daily like a resort , the ladies are there and will get you what you need. Ok, so not having been there , we weren't sure what we were going to do and how to go about setting things up, let me say that IVONNE our Brik representative was SOOOO AWESOME. Ivonne went above and beyond the call of duty ( even on her day off , calling , helping texting us/) she arranged a car rental for us , which was easy peasey! She set up the most amazing snorkel tour from Cozumel for us. She literally spent hours helping us organize our short stay. Very Very helpful, our stay would not have been so successful and enjoyable without Ivonne's help. We will be back next year! Just for Longer!!!

This was our first time doing the condo thing. We have been coming to Playacar for many years (10) and have always done the all inclusive. We thought we would give the condo a try as we are in our early 50s and wanting to do this when we retire. We rented Coral 204 along with two of our friends. We were only there one week but it was the best experience ever. Coral 204 is a three bedroom, two bathroom condo with a massive living, dining and kitchen area. The owner has TVs in two of the bedrooms with a large TV in the living room. All have satellite. The balcony is equipped with a propane BBQ. The kitchen has an oven, stove and fridge with ice maker. This condo also has a washer and dryer with was really useful when coming back from the pool or beach. There is a water cooler with water provided for the length of your stay. We brought our own spices and hand soap as well as any type of Canadian item we thought they would not sell in Mexico. The pool is very large and very warm and we never had to fight for a chair. The beach is only a 10 minute walk from the condo. We walked to Playa del Carmen along the beach a few times during our stay. It was wonderful! You can also walk to Playa del Carmen alongside the road. It is about 15 to 20 minutes away. It's a nice walk in the morning before it gets too hot. The security guard will get you a taxi any time you need one. Walmart is about a 30 minute walk (which we did a few times) and has the best variety of food. We took a taxi home with the bags of groceries. You can grab a taxi as you come out of Walmart. Very easy and very fast! Ivonne is the Bric representative that will help you with anything you need. She is located in the lobby during the day. She is super nice and super helpful. We hope to be back to Paseo del Sol in the future.

We have been staying for 5 weeks in condo Reef 204 in March 2017. The condo is so beautiful with a direct view on the 90 meters pool! It has 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms very nicely decorated! But what made the perfect vacation for us, it is her manager, Carla Kaser,.... she's a gem! Prompt and professional service, very polite and well educated and always ready to help us. When we needed something, the next day we had it and she speaks French, English and many others languages! Many thanks Carla... you are the best!!

Just returned from 6 weeks at Paseo del Sol..This was our third stay at Paseo and our second renting through Bric. They are very professional to deal with, from the online reservations to checking out. Yvonne, the Bric Ambassador at Paseo is a breath of fresh air...always willing to help with whatever question you might have...always with a smile and an answer. We like the quiet location of this complex, the meandering pool and walks. It is within walking distance of 5th Ave and taxis are readily available. Would recommend it.

Paseos del sol condo hotel houses one of the largest pools in the area as well as free access to a gym, sauna and tennis court. The beautiful golf course in Playacar is right on your door step which won the certificate of Excellence 2013 and it is easily the most challenging course in the Maya Riviera. It'll stand up to almost any course, anywhere for difficulty.
The units are spacious with marble floring and granite kitcken worktops, there is an elevator , parking and the beach is across the road in the Reef Club hotel.
