I used to visit different hotels in national parks like Ranthambhore , Corbett & Kanha for spotting different habitats.
As a wild life lover i used to stay in economic hotels where i can get good facilities and especially food.

I reached here today itself. I inquired about food rate and options. This is a wildlife resort and it is mandatory to eat into the resort. Buffet which costs more than 600 does not have single starter :( and 1 non veg dish.
Service is just not up to the mark. Overall it has been a disappointing experience to me till now.
Food quality is not even close to what they charge. I am sure country club management needs to look over the catering setup of this resort which seems to be totally substandard.

Nice Property run by very good staff, especially Mr.Gupta manager of this resort & the reception staff i forget the name. The check in was so smooth and plesent. They welcomed us with a smile on their face. Overall the holiday was memorable due to the resort and their staff. Thanks team country club wild exotica.

Its a nice resort, with facilities like TT table, swimming pool, a badminton cum volley ball court. The rooms are pretty spacious, the food is good and reasonable. The staff is co-operative.
Although I think the resort is good, but it definitely requires maintenance, the rooms were good, but the outside areas were not very well maintained.
Another thing that I sorely missed was an activity manager, there was really no one to take care of the kids or get them involved into some activities, facilities like providing books or CDs should definitely be there.
But overall, I would say it is still a decent resort to visit.

This is one resort which you wouldn't regret coming but you would regret making any other sightseeing plans of the day and not staying here full time all through your visit! Since this is not only a place that provides you food and accommodation, but also activities and a touch of nature!
For each day of the week, they have chalked out a different program of activities for the day - starting from morning till night! So for all those who are not interested to leave Ramnagar and travel all the distance to Nainital and Ranikhet, they should rather stay indoors and enjoy all the activities.
The exterior of the resort (the natural landscaping) is so close to reality, that it will bring you close to nature!
The only disappointing factor is that the rooms are not well-kept, there is a stink of dampness even in dry spring season, moreover the only place to sit inside the room is the bed - a single chair and a in-built bench close to the window (but the mattress and blinds are so dirty, even the walls to this end are stained that you don't feel like sitting here).
The food offered at the dining room is excellent, specially the dinner and lunch although the breakfast is variegated yet not up to the mark in preparation! But if you are travelling all through the day and end up having dinner at your resort, then you can definitely expect a relaxing experience with hot, fresh and delightful dinner!
Would love to visit this place again, but this time, will make sure that my plan will be to stay at the resort all through my visit and enjoy all the activities!
