1. Wi fi is available ONLY in the lobby, not in the rooms.
2. No hot water on tap: staff has to be persuaded to switch on the Master switch for the geysers.
3. TV channels could not be changed- remotes not working.
4. NO COMPLEMENTARY BREAKFAST. Website is misleading.
5. Frequent power outages, windows cannot be opened.

Located in busy street of gandhi bazar.
Room service is good.
But rooms are not up to the mark need up gradation.
Room was clean and tidy.
Easy to locate and reach.
Lalbagh, jayanagar and railway stationis very near.

Location good.
I had booked a suite room and was surprised to see that their suite room was just like an ordinary room with curtains falling of the rod. However, the rooms were clean. They had an additional small place with no furnishings but a small refrigerator. Depressing lobby and receptionist. Lift was a disaster, two of them available, but none was working most of the time.
Prompt room service by staff. It would be a good Hotel if the rooms are adequately upgraded.

I stayed there with my daughter when we went for Medical Council Registration. It is in the centre of market, with lot of shopping places around. Medical Council is just about 10 minutes walking distance. Place is quite clean, though there is some room for improvement. Two main things that impressed us are good food and friendly staff. It is noisy since the bar/restaurant is on the roof - may be they can reduce volume of music. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay there again.

checked into hotel late night.hotel reception guy is very rude and shows lot of attitude.he wants money upfront advance full amount..double side lift n broken .switch board broken.voltage is high..no proper electric connection..phone getting heated up.dont stay in this hotel for god sake.
