If you can get a good deal here, you won't be disappointed. The rooms are spacious, having the ability to cook if you need to is an added bonus too. As I stayed here whilst away on business I'm always looking for places that are on offer. Given the location, paying less £90 for a night is very good.

Excellent location with a variety of food options to fit any budget. Access to Queensway and Bayswater tube stations. Kitchenette and fridge as well as closet well hidden. Netflix and tv. Wonderful shower - best I’ve had so far. Really enjoyed the hot water and fabulous water pressure. No sign outside but don’t be put off.

My first time checking into studio 39, after loads of late nites accomodation search.. since we decided to travel last minute,
thought of giving it a try as it is quite new.
It is at center of everything-2tube stations, hyde park,loads of restaurants &tesco/sainsbury..you name it.convenient transportation. Plus one will not be famished!restaurants from all over the globe are here.
It was comfortable, as everything is new, good size bath, cute kitchenette- only it is a little compact ie tight space.

Only one person can manoeuvre the space at one time- I'm
asian-so you can imagine-LOL!
We literally had to slide/walk sideways ha ha-once we spread open luggage!
Of course space is tiny to be honest, you have to discreetly put luggage at strategic spots!
Bed ,pillows, OK.
There's mini fridge, toaster, kettle,plus other basic stuffs for you to cook-though it would be a bonus if there's can opener &other kitchen paraphernalia.
I actually like the bathroom.
Limane, Ramona&Daniel are helpful.. .
Maybe a tiny request/suggestion-
Would be nice if
1- complete toiletries are given before new guests occupy studio
New toilet rolls-not used/opened ones by previous guests
2- new bottle dishwasher liquid given&sponge
3-there is kitchen towels & rag for wiping
4-other extra kitchen gadgets
5-thorough spring clean of units are done.
I had to mop floors-it was dusty&sticky.
Of course there cobwebs,thick dust on furnitures-I cleaned all of them after buying some wipes from tesco
That being said, I will still be back, it is something I am sure managementioned would look into.
I should describe this abode as cute, modern, clean... best that I have experience- i like it here.I think it is one
of the most decent accomodation in Bayswater for the rate you pay. Photos on website is what you get-no misrepresentation.
Will come back for next trip!

I booked the one night stay on my way back home from Cambridge (through London).
My credit card was pre-authorized and payment seemed to be okay. On arrival (without any prior notice) hotel receptionist could not surprisingly find my booking and the reason got clear pretty soon - it seems that they overbook even pre-paid reservations here! That is pretty crap thing how they treat the customers. Instead of MStay39 room i was offered the relocation option to MStay Hyde Park without any upgrade option. MStay Hyde Park room air conditioning was not functional (that´s during the warm summer day in London), they could not do anything about it and they did not offer any option to change the room.
Avoid that place by all means!

Booked here(through booking.com) for a one night, Rang to prepay a month in advance, I was sent a pre-authorisation form. No problem I thought. Sent the details back to be informed that the hotel requires a picture of my credit card (front &back)? I have never ever been asked to send a picture of my credit card by any hotel. Seems extremely unnecessary as they already had my card details from the original booking and the authorisation form.
Safe to say any person I asked noted this was extremely unusually & cancelled the booking.
