My daughter was unwell midway through our sailing holiday. This hotel was amazing, so helpful, friendly, beautiful bedrooms. The guy at reception went far and beyond to help us. Stayed for two nights loved it.

Just back from an 8 night stay at this lovely hotel. Tucked away in Steni Vala it proved to be a great choice. Looking for a relaxing holiday and the spot certainly provides that. The staff are warm and welcoming, very helpful- nothing too much trouble. Great selection at breakfast. Rooms immaculately clean, nice to stay in a smaller hotel. Provided me with transfers from and to the port- thankyou. Would definitely recommend to my friends.

A very cute hotel in Steni Vala with 22 rooms-appartments in a 2 floor style! All rooms are nicely decorated with useful amenities (tv, some have a small kitchenette, mini bar, big shower with all toiletries) , the ground floor rooms come with a terrace and the upper with a balcony overlooking a beautiful garden and the pool!!! Excellent breakfast, fast and smiley service, refreshing bar corner by the pool... and during summer season once per week "greek night" in the hotel-roof with live music and the amazing view of the Aegean Sea. Very quiet and clean location 3 minutes walk from the sea! A little gem in Steni Vala, Alonnisos not to be missed!

Good location. Central on the island so we could easily explore both ends with the car. Spent ten days in this hotel with my family. Each of us satisfied in their own way which allowed us all to relax. This facility is very clean and comfortable, not just the rooms but all public areas as well. A testament to the staff of the hotel who make this possible, particularly Yiorgos, Smaragdi, Zoe, Kiriaki and kitchen and room services staff as well. Eyxaristoume poly!

Just returned from two weeks here, all I can say is what an amazing hotel 4 Epoches is. My husband and I booked the holiday to celebrate his 50th birthday. From the minute we walked through the door of the hotel we we're made to feel very welcome. We were checked in and shown to our room by Smaradi who was very professional, spoke great English and very pleasant. Our room was on the ground floor, very spacious and lovely and modern. The hotel is small and friendly and set around a lovely pool with a pool bar, and outside breakfast seating area. All the staff were really nice and nothing was a problem for them. Zoe and Kyriaki worked both on the pool bar and breakfast and always gave us a wave and a hello. Giorgos also worked on reception and always greeted us with a happy smile and again very helpful. Andragas worked around the hotel from morning until night, he looked after the pool and general maintenance, he was always friendly with a smile and a wave. The cleaning ladies were also lovely, sorry I didn't get their names but again always had a hello and a smile for all the guests. Breakfasts were fantastic for Greek standards. Everything you needed, coffee, juices, fruit, lovely fresh bread, pancakes, cakes,Greek yogurt, honey, homemade preserves, cold meat and cheese, bacon, sausages, eggs and omelettes. We didn't eat in the hotel but they do serve food up until 4pm which I am sure would have been good if breakfast was anything to go by. The hotel had sun beds and umbrellas on Glyfa beach for €5 per day which was worked by Gheri who was a lovely young man that worked really hard and always friendly and helpful. Glyfa beach is pebbles but so beautiful and peaceful. It does not have any amenities but Stena Vella port is only a 5 minute walk. The hotel gave Tim a bottle if wine and an ice cream with a candle in and sang and played happy birthday on his 50th. We were picked up for our return home at 6:30am and were given a wake up call from Giorgos and given coffee and water before we left as well as a packed lunch/breakfast of sandwiches, fruit and water and escorted to our transfer transport with a smile. Would we return to this hotel - DEFINITELY
