Eyvettie on 26/10/2017 19:14Good location with adequate room facilities and breakfast. Staff were friendly but didn't respond to requests in a timely manner. Wifi was very inconsistent in our room, it constantly dropped out. Wouldn't stay again.

This hotel is nothing special but the rooms were clean and the staff were friendly, for the price we payed we were happy.
Don't stay here!
Michaela Don 22/09/2017 02:18By mistake, I haven't read the reviews before booking this hotel. Smelly, dirty, small rooms, moldy walls and stained carpets. The breakfast had limited options and the location is not nice. Continue searching, there are much better options in Bologna.
Worst breakfast ever
Lospa Son 11/08/2017 08:10The hotel is nice, with clean rooms and confortable. But when we arrived half an hour ago to have breakfast, it was wooow... where is the food?? They only had some cheese, 2 sortiments of ham and some boiled eggs and pastries.. that's it... no vegetables no nothing. I am very dissapointing of this
Overpriced with the worst breakfast in the world and and a mile from the centre
frodosring08on 31/07/2017 08:47This hotel is under new management after being taken over by a larger Italian chain. First, the good news. There has obviously been a make over and a rebranding. The rooms are clean and quiet. Great shower but watch out for the slippery floor when wet - an accident waiting to happen that the hotel could easily cure with a slip mat. The air con works well. The young staff are friendly. Now the bad news. The hotel has set itself up as a 4* establishment. It's not. It's essentially an Ibis but with higher prices and not worth the money. The mini bar is poorly stocked or should I say no stock - just 3 items in the whole fridge. The hotel doesn't know what it wants to be - a hotel or a chain like Ibis? We paid 178 Euros for two nights. Look for a better deal elsewhere like the Mercure opposite the station. The 'breakfast' is the worst you will ever come across. We couldn't eat it. There's a mat on each table that says 'I kiss better than I cook'. The irony is that the mat is trying to be ironic but it's not - the breakfast is terrible. The croissants and cake are dry and hard. Stale even. The continental selection consists of sweaty slices of cheese and two types of ham, boiled egg and a very strange looking concoction that is passed off as 'scrambled egg'. It's impossible to describe but when you see it you will know what I mean. There's cereal, bread and yoghurt. There's one jug of pineapple and grapefruit juice. Even the coffee from the coffee machine is bad - warm and bitter. We're in Italy! Poor coffee?!? If you want to stay at the hotel because of it's location next to the station, get a deal for room only. You're better off having breakfast at McDonald's 100 metres up the road at the station!! Next time I would book a hotel closer to the centre like the Hotel Pendrini which I stayed in before. It's not worth staying at the hotel because of its location to the station. Stay in the centre instead otherwise it's a mile walk - 20 minutes.
