Taj always gives a wonderful at home experience....the staff is always polite, courteous and never say NO... whatever the request . The suites are big, the location fantastic, upscale secure area , walking distance to St James Tube station and Buckingham Palace. Central London shops are 5 mins away, Heritage building, very nicely renovated....5th on trip advisors list of more than 1000 hotels in London.
Nice touch- complimentary DVD hire with Coke and freshly made popcorns. Elegant place, highly recommended.

Rooms were a bit smaller than we expected, however the service was on point! Breakfast left something to be desired, as it was a very basic selection offered. The location is perfect and close to everywhere we needed to be.

Central location. Excellent service from staff from concierge to housekeeping. The room was warm. airy and immaculately clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was pleasant and very presentable.
The lounge and bar areas were pleasurable with excellent service from staff who cared. The doormen, concierge and reception staff made you feel welcome and were pleasant and helpful. A very enjoyable experience.

I stayed with Taj this weekend with my cousin from the US and I have to say we were well looked after. He booked a three bedroomed apartment which was beautifully appointed and which had all the mod cons you would expect. Beautiful beds and lovely showers ended and started the day well for us all. All the team there were very polite and friendly and attentive. We didn't eat at the Hotel itself but did have breakfast which was wonderful - we were very well looked after and the staff were very concerned that we had a great time. On the way out we were invited to see one of the prestigious rooms and we were amazed at the quality of what we saw....this is a lovely location. Centrally located for wherever you want to go, I cannot recommend this highly enough....thank you for making all my family feel so welcome.
