Our second visit to these apartments, clean and tidy, but now looking a wee bit tired, and the blinds on the front door, some slats are missing, so not really private when closed, and other guests are walking past all the time...

Check in was a little messy as we had to go to another hotel to give credit card details and obtain code for check in. Parking underneath was very tight. We ended up parking out on the street. Room its self was fantastic - everything we needed. Went to setup the sofa bed for our daughter and it was pad locked. (I understand why but when we had paid for the use of the bed I would have expected it to be unlocked). After dinner my daughter decided to have a bath and there was no hot water. It was about 8.30 and we ended up having to change rooms. I have given management time to reply to my email but nothing received except an email saying they would look into my concerns. I never give bad or negative reviews - as you can see if you look at my previous reviews but was somewhat disappointed with their lack of concern.

Very spacious apartment with all the facilities you need with air condition full cooking facilities,separate sitting area ,tv,free wifi,free parking,the room is spacious,
It is not far from the centre of Launceston but on a steep climbing if you want to walk,
Highly recommend

Stayed in August last year. Check in was easy enough, you get a code for the key. Spacious, comfortable, fully self contained and full size fridge. Great city view. No dramas, would stay again. Good location close to city but very hilly.
Getting Tired, Maintenance Required, Staff Hopeless

Just stayed for three nights in unit one, ground floor. As usual didn't receive code for outside key, rand and was told I SENT IT TO YOU I CAN REMEMBER, when I insisted that I had not received it she checked things out and discovered she had sent it to the wrong number, the last time I stayed they sent the wrong code and it would not open the key safe, staff need some customer service training.
Used to be value for money once but getting a tad to expensive for what you receive, the shower arm just falls down and cannot be tightened, cold tap cannot be turned off, badly in need of new carpet. Cooked on the hotplate and had to stop as the smell was overpowering, on inspection found top of grill filthy, had not been cleaned for some time. When management don't respond to reviews it is a good sign that they don't give a damm.
